Ive finally given up on this location. The selection is ALWAYS highly picked over every time I go there. Its as if they receive very little inventory. The store is nearly always in shambles. The clothes and intimate section is unorganized and in complete disarray. Good luck finding your size between the size markers- every size BUT the right one will be placed there. My last trip I was unable to find the most basic of gifts. It was a TOTAL waste of my time. I walked out without purchasing anything. The customers are questionable. There have been times when children were allowed to run amuck around the store- pulling clothing from racks, yelling and screaming. The parents ignore this behavior while other shoppers pretend its not happening. Just trashy! This used to be a decent location to find clothing, etc., but over the years it has completely gone down hill! So long, Ross.

Worse experience i have ever had I wasnt greeted not even the management acknowledged me the store was a mess it smelled horrible the mens bathroom was a mess paper everywhere smelled like piss there were clothes on the floor. I didnt get any help the management was rude as well if they cant keep the store under control and cant train thier employees they umm why are they managers just horrible i will never again step foot in that place worse experience ever if people are reading this i would suggest doing the same thing and DONT BOTHER GOING TO THIS LOCATION. The frisco and grapevine locations were better then this one i asked for the corporate number and the managers gave me a look like f you kinda look I cant believe this is how they treat their customers. This is just horrible and disturbing not shopping there again.

Clothes are never in the right size section. Everything is always mixed up. And today the lady who was monitoring the fitting rooms looked at me like "seriously" when I came back for a third time to try on dresses for a friends wedding. She looked at me like omg you have already been here twice please go away. Thats how it felt. I was really shocked. Only good thing I can say about todays trip there was my cashier was really nice. She was upbeat and positive. I wish I remembered her name. She made me smile as I left.

I used to love coming here to shop with my mother, but the restrooms smell like urine not to mention one of the stalls does not close correctly. The fitting rooms do not close securely either. There is trash and pantie stickers all over the place and Im very dissatisfied with how unclean this place has gotten. On the other hand, there is a nice selection of clothes

Called to ask if they had any particular item in stock, I was quickly shut down with the response "we dont have enough people here to just go and check" when I asked if there would be another better time to call and ask she said " no its just going to get worst the later it gets, ok?" Yeahh ok.. thanks for nothing.

I use to Wrk there and as an employee Im gonna tell u the 2 managers Brittany and natiley are very races against HISPANICS they have fired almost every employee that is Hispanic they are also very rude especially Brittany this is why I quit please do not shop there if u want to be treated with respect.

Always a horribly long wait even when they should know how many more people would be coming into the store with it being a Saturday there is only 3 cashiers anf even with waiting 10 minutes there are still 11 people ahead of me.

All the workers here have the worst customer service. Rude as f***. Throw s*** in your bag like they dont give a f***. They dont greet nor do they smile. They never look happy being there. Dont ever go to this location.
