We were there pretty late at night on July 5, 2016. There were a few workers putting things away near the shoe isle. My daughter was trying on some heels for the first time and walking over to me to show me. Later on she came over to me and looked really shy and upset. She told me that one of the workers told her not to play around with the shoes. I looked over at her and she was in a pretty intense gossip session with another worker. They were all worked up about someone or something and not trying to make any attempts at hiding their unprofessional conversation. We went to check out and both women were busy. I got the vibe that we were a bit of an inconvenience to these workers. Finally one told us to come over to us. While we were checking out, a man came over with his family and asked if she was the only one checking out. She smiled sarcastically and said, "Im the only one here." She gave him very vague directions about where to stand in line and he did not understand and continued to stand next to us. Another woman opened her register and he walked over to her, cutting in front of everyone in line. She said, "and thats why I just stand here and smile." I was very disappointed in the vibe at the store. It was as though everyone was irritated about working the late shift, mad that people were still shopping, (an hour before closing) and did not feel like their job was to serve customers. If this is going to be the late shift attitude, it might be a good idea to close earlier:

This ross was rude to my girlfriend, she went to try on shorts and was walking towards the ladies and the dressing room lady PIONTED to the MENS and said "no this one" because my girlfriend is a stud (dresses like a boy) clearly she doesnt appear BUTCH her boobs are visible and her face is soft, so NO ONE ever makes the mistake, SHE DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A MAN AT ALL..... she came to tell me I was so offended for her!!!! And when she came out insted of taking the number from her hand she didnt even look at her just told her to "put it over there" and looked discusted, SO OFFENDED

So sad I went there to try on shoes, the shoes are tied so closer together that I couldnt even take a step I couldnt even put both shoes on thats ridiculous. A person cant even take a step without falling on their face and get hurt and sue your ass. Try to do something about that now that Im ever going back over there. The sad part was that I liked the shoes but trying to see if they fit properly was impossible

Store has good collection. Price is very reasonable. But every time i am here always there is an issue at checkout. Regardless how long is the line they will never open more than 2 registers. At this very moment at 7pm Saturday there are exactly 15 customers ahead of me and only 2 cashiers. I saw associates working in aisles but they were not called to help at the front!

Ridiculous. As busy as this store is and only 2 registers open. The line stretches halfway to the back of the store. I walked in, saw the line, and immediately walked back out. Theres not a single thing in there worth me waiting in that line to get. And every time I try to go here, its the same. Im done. Its like trying to buy water in Houston during a hurricane.

You can find some interesting merchandise here at good prices. The scattered merchandising and messiness of the store, as well as the number of people trying to navigate tight isle space, drives me crazy...but, it can be worth visiting here often...just requires patience and a good attitude going in.

The inmates run this asylum. What little management exists does little to ensure even marginal efficiency. Ross treats all of its customers as very likely shoplifters and this store more than others. Employee Yolanda is ideally suited for work as a prison guard or at DPS driver licensing.

Bargain price for dress and show pieces. Also occasionally you get good watch and perfume with lower price. Also furnitures are good if compare price with other stores. The only complain I have is the arrangement in the shoe section. But its up to the customers too who try to mess things

It was just an okay experience for me. There is a lot more foot traffic at this location compared to other nearby locations. Its in the middle of such an active area so there may be good deals BUT youll have to deal with the long lines and unorganized merchandise. Staff seemed tired.

They had what I was looking for, but the employees werent friendly. When additional cashiers were called to the front they seemed reluctant and took their time coming and cashiering even though the line was growing quickly.

The store is okay. They can do a better job at keeping things together. Usually when I walk into the place I can find something right away. Dont know whats been going on lately. Maybe I miss the ship dates.

Normally a great store to find 15 and above shoes. The security staff are quite fun to watch if your just shopping, you can tell right away, whos who. Its fun to watch them monitor potential shop lifters.

25 people deep with one register open..not the first time experiencing this but will be my last! Messy store and dressing room even had torn off bloody band aid on floor.. SERIOUSLY why shop here?

Big parking lot and first ross I have seen which is open till 11:30pm. Its regular Ross with well stocked aisles. The only thing they can improve is clean up the aisles more than just once a day

I have proof that the service here is the worst the lines are insane, because of not being staffed. Cmon on a Friday to only have 2 people working the front , its ridiculous dont you think??????

Where are the plus section? Like maybe 50 items that are XL, the rest are for the peep squeaks in life. Store also very dirty compared to other stores in tarrant county.

Good discount retailer. Worth visiting if you are looking to save some money. The store can feel picked over late in the day. I advise you to go when they first open.

Ross has fantastic pricing but it is so hard to find things and it is a mess....Marshalls is much more organized but pricier. Got to pick your poison I suppose
