This store DISCRIMINATES against people with babies. I spent an hour shopping for new work clothes and when I get to the dressing room, they would not let me take the cart (which my 10 month old was sitting in). There was nothing in the cart, except my child. I asked the manager where I was to put my child while I tried the clothes on. She said "most people bring in a stroller." How does one push a stroller and a shopping cart at the same time?? Another thing to point out, is this location does not sell maternity clothes. Discrimination is the prejudicial and/or distinguishing treatment of an individual based on their actual or perceived membership in a certain group or category, "in a way that is worse than the way people are usually treated. Not to mention - the manager was RUDE. I have no idea how this woman is in a management role. I have shopped at the location frequently for over TWO YEARS. Not Anymore.

There was this cashier that wanted to cancel my transaction because my debit card was declined but its because I forgot I had it locked so as I went online to unlocked she told me to please stay aside while she take care of other customers, i got mad and told her I was almost done and so i didnt move because I am not waiting after she take care of other customers when i am there unlocking my debit card so when I was done I run it again and she just gave me my receipt with a bad attitude so I looked at her mean and I leave so dont recommend youll to go here to spent your money and get treated bad

Worst customer service ever the "manager" Citadel and her incompetent employee had no knowledge at all super lazy didnt want to help me because I purchased the items at a different store and they "couldnt" look up my receipt even though I had the actual receipt number not the physical receipt. How does that make sense?? Her only solution was to go to the store I bought it at because in some magical way they were going to be able to find it like why couldnt your lazy employee do it? Super annoying and frustrating. Have some knowledge before you go out on the floor to "try" to do your job. Rude.

What a piece of crap excuse of a business. 15 minutes in line. No cashier. Loss Control guy calls for one three times. A girl comes but only does returns. Man in front of me had a basket full. He said "screw this". I followed suit. Will never return. If I want garbage I will go to the dump. (Not the store named the dump. The actual dump.)

u can find cheap stuff and nice things at times . but there staff is rude , checkout ladies dont even pay attention to what there doing . I just went and they left and alarm detector thing attached to an item i bought had to go all the way back to the store to get it removed , not just that but the lady charged the same thing twice .

Okay the dressing rooms are nice, theres alot of clothes, but theyre not all cheap, most clothes are above 10$ closer to 20 for the general clothing options. Nobody knows where anything is. And theres pants in the tank tops and clothes on the floor. And no one wanted to answer my questions.

Not only did they have NOTHING for young girls..NOTHING.. but then trying to checkout was horrible.. the manager had an attitude and would rather stare at you in line than help you so if you go I hope you do not want much of a selection or any good customer service! Good luck
