There is a manager named Shanda that lacks the proper professionalism and customer service skills to be held in such a high position. A cashier called her to the front to ask her if the shirt I was purchasing was on sale due to a stain on the collar or if that was just the clearance price as is. Shanda came over and took the shirt from the cashier and walked about 3 registers over. She never acknowledged my 15 year old son and I standing there prior to rudely walking away. The cashier proceeded with scanning my other items which totaled 111.00. After she was finished we were still waiting on the manager to provide an answer. The cashier asked her again. Shanda replied use your walky talkie. Then Shanda told her the Polo would be $20 instead of $25. I advised the cashier I didnt want to purchase it and told my son we would run to Dillards to get him one. (I purchased the 2 other Polo shirts he selected). The cashier told Shanda what I said and she rudely replied "Ok Good"! I walked down to the register where she was at and asked her why did she say "Ok Good!" She laughed and asked whats wrong with that? (While still refusing to give eye contact and being obnoxious). I told the cashier to refund me for the items I just purchased. While the cashier was doing so, Shanda came over and obnoxiously said Thanks, have a great day! Long story short, Im filing a complaint against her and will no longer shop at this location after being a happy customer for 8 years.

I love Marshalls! I would never pay full price on something I can get at a better price. They have plenty of selection and keep the store pretty well organized. Love the shoe selection here. They also have housewares here. Ive bought several stainless steel cookware here at a very good price. Sunglasses are a great buy here as well. theres also an employee that works the fitting room who is very friendly. Always compliments me when I go in and is very funny too. Good store with a great location near dining.

Its such a great vibe here. I havent been to a Marshalls store before, and I absolutely loved it. I was on a mission to find something to wear for a presentation at my college. I found other stuff there as well. One thing that I thought was really awesome is the fitting room had this steel mesh hanging from the wall, which gave me more room for my clothes! Just awesome ^_^

Store was OK Too many little unattended little brats terrorizing customers in the store. Parents need to be responsible or asked to leave. Needless to say the store was in such disarray we left
