I have been into this Ross location multiple times, however it has been a few months since Ive been there. After going today Im not sure when I will return. They rearranged the store and it is an absolute mess. Although I found everything I needed, I ended up waiting in the return line 4 about 10 minutes because it was the only cashier available. Just as I was about to check out she asked me if I had a purchase or return to which I replied a purchase. She then directed me to the opposite side of the entrance to stand in line and wait for a cashier to come back from their break. I have checked out at customer service before, so I dont see why its an issue. Not only that but there was not a cashier at a register waiting for customers while people were ready to check out. Three other families had to follow me to the checkout line as they didnt know where to go either. They should seriously consider rearranging the things in their store to make register access easier and asking their cashiers to stay at the register so that customers know where to go.

Always a long line wait at this location, never enough cashiers. However, there is one cashier that is always there to help and is fast. I cant remember her name but she is efficient. All Ross locations need a cashier/clerk like her. This Ross can be a little unorganized at times. Items in the wrong place, in the floor, etc.

Did you know even when you are freezing out side and you have a nice warm drink you are forced to go out because drinks arent aloud in there.It is also really disorganized and hard to find things you need.They have the longest of lines that make you late to places you have to go to from there.

Favorite store of all time....I can find name brand items for a third of the cost of what Id pay in other department stores. Shoe selections are fab, and easy to find something for the whole family!!! May need to hire more help to check out customers....

Went with my wife to get a shirt for myself. I ended up not getting anything, and she left with three dresses and a table runner. They have good stuff, so proceed with caution when taking women.

Friendly staff, but the place always looks like a second hand store, messy and unorganized, maybe Ive been there at the wrong time of day? But the staff is great and helpful

Customers service is excellent. I was able to find the perfect pair of shoes for my little one after a long long search. I will definitely come back.
