Probably will not shop this store again. We purchased an item in Grand Prairie the other day and just happened to be dining in Cedar HIll and thought we would exchange it. Instead of going to the return customer service center; Crystal (the manager) had everyone wait in the line for a cashier; therefore we had to wait until seventeen (1)7 people purchased their items, before we made it to the front desk for returns. Really a horrible experience. Such unfriendly and unprofessional management staff. The Mansfield and Grand Prairie stores have two separate lines; one for purchases and the other for returns.

I went in after I went to office Depot. Id bought a mouse and tucked the receipt inside the clear packaging so I could prove Id bought it if anyone had questions. The lady at the fitting rooms was a gestapo, and refused to let me keep the mouse even when I showed her the receipt. When I insisted that I owned the mouse and had already purchased it from a different store she threatened to call security. In the end I told her that she must not be concerned with getting my money, and I walked out, right past security who didnt even blink when I walked past them with the mouse.

Sheila is the worst. Also, its not bad if you dont mind clothes dropped all over the floor. Every now and then you can find a great deal. However word to the wise... If Sheila is there working the register turn around and leave... She is the rudest woman Ive ever met. As you are standing in their always long line, its uncomfortable to watch her be so dismissive and nasty to people that buy that stuff so she has a job.

If youre looking to find a bargain on some nice clothes, this is a pretty good spot to check out. Because of the sheer amount of items that they have, you literally will have to SEARCH to find what you want or like. Its hard for them to keep everything in order because of the quantity that they have. The staff is ok, theyre hit and miss on the customer service at times.

There was a great selection to choose from. I went in to find a business suit and they had a variety. Most things were organized. The shoe sizes were a little out of place but I was still able to find what I needed.

This store hasnt always been perfect. However it use to be decent. I went in last week and it was very filthy and you can tell the employees no longer care. I think it just looks sad.
