What a joke this place is! Worst customer service and rude managers except for the very little manager Vanessa! Who is a sweetheart! All the managers here talk crap about there staff and always judge people when they walk in, I would know because I was standing right behind the manager when it was all going on! Her name is Jess, is what the cashier called her when she yelled across the store! (a white girl with a big nose and skinny) I would rather go to Any other AERO besides this one! So much for great customer service. Everything about this store sucks. The store is always dirty and the managers are always rude! I remember Jess cussed me out at the register before because I did not bring my receipt and she did not want to take the sensor off! I called corporate but obviously nothing was done to the that rude lady! This "Jess" lady needs to be fired for being so rude. I wish her nothing but the worst in life, I'm suprised she is not fired yet, because all she does is run her mouth. Every time I come in this store it is the same thing, and it is always the same people working with her that white girl with the big nose! Are they bffs or something? Is that even allowed? They are always just leaning in tables running there mouths while I get no service at all! Note to all:::: Don't buy here! They will most likely be talking about you!

Walking in, was not welcomed while there are employees standing around. I understand its a busy season . My main issue is as Im standing in the middle with all red bins, a young Caucasian male was sorting out the red bins and as I am standing there he shouts the one of his coworkers these people which are all Mexicans, and he stats" all the people dont understand that they go by sizes and this side is womens and the other side is mens" he said this very loudly. I am sorry but that is his job ,if you are working retail you know that its going to get busy.and I dont appreciate him saying that out loud for your Customers to hear. It was completely rude.

The employees dont really offer support half the time. Other than that if you know what to buy than this place is alright. Dont buy shirts in here with big branding, they may cost 10 bucks but they look tacky. The only good deals with buying are the peacoats, chinos and half of the sweaters.
