I really do like Marshalls more than Ross. Ross seems to be more ghetto (in certain areas). Today, i was at Marshalls getting some stuff and at the check out. a cashier with no name tag she was black and had salt and pepper hair.... was so rude! I was buying a bag along with my items. I said she could put everything in the one bag i was buying. You know when you buy a bag sometimes its full of paper and cardbaord. I said you could take that out and it would be easier to get all that stuff in. She rips the cardboard out and throws againest the wall on the other side of the register! WTF lady, really?? How hard is it to put something in a bag? You know if you hate your job i bet there are 5 more people that would like to work there instead of you! Im not one of them! but in todays income im sure someone would like her job.

My go to stop for quality clothing at a more sensible price point. Mens section is plentiful. Staff was courteous and attentive. Differently recommend if you need business casual. Womens section had quite a few nice articles as well. Will be bringing my wife. Much better selection than other "discount" retail store such as Ross. From a mans perspective come here before the Tj maxx in Arlington.

Its a decent place to come and do some bargain hunting. Every now and then I find a nice Ralph Lauren shirt, but you really have to do a lot of searching to find something you will like. The lines can get long at times, which is one of the reasons I try to avoid coming during the peak hours.

Some of the employees are kind, but the manager has the worst, sarcastic attitude and is very rude and not helpful. She seems like she could care less about customers and has the worst customer service.

I love this Marshalls. They ALWAYS have great stuff in there. Its clean and neat and organized. The workers are a lil ghetto, but much of Cedar Hill is becoming that way. So, oh well...
