These people are very anal about 7 day return policy. I believe there should be some leniency for their 7 day return policy especially if most of the population was stuck during our ice storm and couldnt make it within the 7 day return time. Also I wanted to do was atleast exchange an item. So it took me an extra week to get there. I work during the week. And going to exchange a pair of pants wasnt on top of my list. Wasnt my fault that roads were hazardous and stores were closed. Oh and then they want to tell me I can sell the pants back to them but I would have to wait 25 minutes for the access one pair of jeans that I just got 14 days ago. Said there were others in front of me yet no staff member was looking at the other items. I will never shop at any Clothes Mentor place again, they are not worth the headache and the coldness they present. Worst place ever. I get better service at Goodwill.

Please save your time trying to sell clothes here. The staff are very rude and snobby. I brought 3 bins of good quality and some name brand shoes and clothes. I think they just skimmed the tops and called it a day. I was browsing the store and all of the clothes on the floor were older and in worse condition than the clothes I brought in. Will not shop or sell here again.

Recently purchased the majority of my business wardrobe here. The staff is friendly and helpful and I love that I can find name brands..Chicos, Ann Taylor, Tory Burch, Michael Kors, Brighton, etc...with little to no wear for bargain prices. Much more relaxing and better service than the mall and you will have money left for a good cup of coffee!

Love this store. Great deals and easy to find sizes. Only reason they dont get 5 stars is some stores wont let you use their restroom. A problem when you live over an hour away. So I stay away from some branches.

The store itself is very clean and organized the only thing there isnt plus sized clothing I guess this store caters to the trophy wives of frisco ;)
