Have been to this store several times. Very Poor customer service. Employees act like they are doing you a favor or you are bothering them and often they ignore you or talk to each other like you are not there and the selection is plentiful but pretty poor left overs you find at the thrift shop. It is not up to par like numerous other Burlington stores I have been to in Texas as well as 4 other states. It is definitely a different culture. If it had been in Other states, those workers would be fired for their very disinterested, unfriendly attitude.

The WORST customer service EVER. Employees have an "I dont care, dont bother me" attitude, talk among themselves during checkout. Checkouts are S-L-O-W and dirty. My complaint is going to Corporate Office. AVOID THIS STORE, OR BE PREPARED TO BE TREATED LIKE YOU DONT MATTER AND YOUR TIME DOESNT MATTER. Expecting a smile? Forgetaboutit !!!!! Go to Ross or TJ Maxx instead. If there was an opportunity for ZERO stars, that would be my rating. STAY AWAY !

When i arrived at the register i saw that a couple of the items were dirty and some with stains, I asked supervisor if she would take a percentage off since I would have to get them cleaned myself after purchasing them..... she told me no they cant do anything about clothes that get dirty once people try them on..... her attitude was horrible, the store was dirty and the sweet lil cashier girl didnt have a clue what was going on..... I will never go back.

excellent prices helpful staff clean, racks mostly correct. (not perfect, but no place with customers has everything perfect) I haven been to the Redbird/Southwest Center Mall area in ages... the mall has earned a very bad reputation. Unlike many of the reviews here, Ive found this store well laid out, organized, not trashy at all. Ill be going back soon.

Its a ghetto store. messy an ugly. customer service is so rude. when you ask them for help they will give you a face. they do everything with an attitude. I wish they will close this store. its not worth shopping at these Ghetto store. I will never go to the store again.

Spanish lady with glasses is awesome. She helped me to find the stuff i was looking for. The rest of employees have attitude and are rude. Look for that spanish lady for help. She was vey helpful.
