My personal experience was great... I drove all the way from Forney because I wanted a great outfit for an important job interview and was so unsure if Id be able to plan the perfect outfit but everyone was SO helpful. I really wish I could remember my salespersons name because she was amazing, but all of the other coworkers had great input. She helped me plan an outfit, and even reassured me that Id do great on my interview and was truly sincere. (It was for a sales manager position so I know sales, and I got the job!!) Everyone was all smiles, and even the cashier gentleman laughed with me. It went so smoothly. I had even been next door to Anne Taylor Loft next door and left because of the poor selection and even worse customer service, but I was treated like family at the McKinney Ave Banana Republic Location. The next week, after I got the job, I stupidly went to the Banana Republic Location at Northpark Mall and the experience was so terrible I wrote my first review for that location, so I realized this gem deserved some MAJOR CREDIT AND HIGH FIVES!! For work attire I choose Banana Republic, and I will ONLY go to this location.

This is a great store with great service and a good selection of quality comfortable shoes. Loretta, the store manager, is so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She listens (quite exceptional nowadays) and helped me get what I need. I am extremely happy with the Shoes I bought.

Great experience! Went in a little after 8pm (and I have to mention it was a Saturday night and they closed at 9pm that night). Elizabeth a staff member helped me pick out an entire outfit in about 30 minutes. Very helpful and pleasant.

Ive never had worse customer service experience at a store before. Pretty outstanding. When i called to tell the manager how awful my experience was he got defensive and pretty much told me i was wrong.
