This week Ive been to 3 different Ross Stores in 4 days. Ive been finding some really great stuff. At the one near Central/75 and Haskell on Monday before 1p, I picked up 10 pieces, including a pair of shoes and a purse for $135!! On Tuesday before 1p, I went to the one off Northwest Hwy and Douglas. Found a pair of heels, a party dress, and a work dress for $38 - including tax! They even had a small maternity section. Then I had to make a return on Thursday also at 1p at the one off Belt Line and Plano in Richardson. This one is by far the cleanest and busiest, but its the newest. The staff has been friendly and as helpful as can be expected at all locations. The Central-Haskell one needs some help with organizing, but all in all, it was perfectly fine since I was finding great deals! The Nwst Hwy one was the most organized, but also had the least amount of stuff. This one is great to find childrens stuff - as this neighborhood has fewer kids in the demographic than others. Good luck bargain hunters!!

Worst experience at a Ross ever. Line to check out was practically wrapped around the store and 2 of 7 registers were open. The manager of this store should be ashamed to let your customers endure that and not care. Yes you are a discount outlet but I am still spending money. I cannot believe that anyone, much less management. that would look at the line of customers would just allow us all to stand there and wait like that. Yes people can leave but this is not how to treat customers that choose to spend money at Ross.. Everyone around me in line was commenting on the lack of people to check out and how ridiculous and horrible it was. Even at Walmart and dollar stores when they see such a line they get more cashiers in place. Yes I realize its right after Christmas but this had nothing to do with returns. They had a line for that with hardly anyone in it. Atrocious and inexcusable customer service and management.

Today (Jan 20th), first and last time at this location. I like Ross in general, but the associates at this store today were just awful. Both girls at the registers were having a conversation from 10 ft apart rather than pay attention to customers. Rather than acknowledging customers as real people, just said, "next purchase." While at the register an elderly lady going out the door told the loss prevention guy she was unable to carry her bags needed a way to get them to her car since the cart wouldnt go outside. Rather than offer to help, the staff told her to just drive her car up and went back to standing around aimlessly. Im sorry, but thats just low. Hopefully this Ross can find people with some form of customer service skills in the future. Until then, Id rather go to the dmv than this location.

this store has the worst customer service! the manager was so rude. I had a simple question, do you currently have formal dresses in the store. she told me she was too busy to go see and had no one to send to go see. I requested a manager and she stated she was the manager and she didnt know and didnt have time to go see. my phone call was inconvenient to her. I will not longer shop this store!

Not as good as TJ Maxx. Its a discount store so you get what you get and inventory is inconsistent. Very few plus size options. Most departments are picked over. Prices are great, however, if you can actually find something you like. Employees are okay. Restrooms are locked and have to be opened by an attendant. I usually leave without anything but I keep trying.

Horrible u know no matter when or what time of the year I come to this place the line is always long cause they either have 1 register or 2 open and even if u ask them to plz open another they dont give a rats I need to stop trying to go here I always get a headache all the darn time . I hate this store sorry but there I said it.

The quality of the store has gone down tremendously. The wrong sizes are hanging on the wrong hangers in the wrong places. The store seems to be totally disorganized. The clothes selection has diminished quite a bit. It used to be much better but over the past year it has definitely gone down.

I am so tired of them having 2 registers open and at least 10 people waiting in line. Everytime it is like this. Your paying them and you have to wait so long, like youre doing them a favor. This is the experience at most Ross stores. Value for customers always on a declining scale.

I spend waaaayyyy too much time and money in here the staff are always courtesy, helpful even though the store is usually messy. Thats in large part due to customers. The staff are always pleasant, helpful many are long time employees who truly care about the job they do

Staff there are very rude!! So far there is only one staff there that have actual class and manner, and its sad to say that it was a guy. All the others are ghetto and disrespectful! This is how you run customers off by bad service. This certain Ross is known for that

16 customers in line, TWO lanes open..REALLY?? Watched customer after customer put items down and leave due to the lengthy lines. Loss Prevention at door, while 4 employees on CLOSED register talking. Not coming here again...nope.

Love it the staff is awesome super friendly and the security is so polite I go there just about everyday they have 3 different security ppl they all are pleasant help u find wat u need and they are FAST!!! LIGHTNING SPEED!!

Inexpensive shoes for people with tiny feet. There are three pairs of size 14 and up, so if you have big feet, you probably shouldnt come here to try on anything. But my wife buys something everytime. So, its cool.

Theyre busy all the time. Nothing there is clean and in the right spot. People aint very nice there they always got an attitude it seems. The sizes are just so off. I definitely DONT recommend this place.

Im a fan of Ross, and this location is pretty good. Clean with friendly staff and restocked often. But if you dont go early in the morning or late at night, you will stand in line forever.

Super speedy checkout, nice service, store has a LOT of merchandise, a little unorganized but ok, didnt find the clearance aisle :( overall a good experience this Ross compared to others.

I shop here all the time, yet it is hard to find clothes for a short/small man. Clothes for Spring are not out yet, and the selection of ties are better.

Absolutely agree with lots of reviews: 7pm, lots of people, 2 cash registers opened - disaster. I stopped just to grab something but had to leave.
