I never shop at Ross but thought Id give it a try. I found two pair of pants for my son and some socks. After the woman scanned the socks and not the pants she told me swipe my card...which I though was weird bc I usually wait until the end but did so anyways. She continued to swipe the pants and then told me my total was $65. What!?! I told her I thought something was wrong but she pushed my transaction through, grabbed my receipt, put it in the bag and said bye. I was the only person in line so Im not sure why she was rushing me. I told her something was wrong and I took my receipt out of the bag, she charged me for 1 pair of pants 3 times- doubling my total. It even said on my receipt 5 items purchased, when in reality it was 3. She just kept saying "oh thats so weird" and refunded me my money- but I cant help feeling scammed. Like had I not noticed this woman would have over charged me majorly!! She shouldnt have been so careless. Wont be returning. Be careful holiday shoppers!!!! Always check your receipt.

The store was not fully stocked. Looks like they were doing markdowns. The salespeople except for one asked how I was doing. The cashier was friendly and made small talk. I asked her when they expect more stock. She said more is on the way. I only found one top which was disappointing, but found a small rug for my kitchen, and a shoe organizer. The only negative comment is that its always messy. Maybe, theres not enough workers. They should have a person assigned to keep each department organized. Overall, I still like to shop at Ross because I always find something such as clothes and home decor. The employees are nice and professional.

I love Ross and I shop there almost exclusively. This Ross had very little to offer - and sometimes I buy without giving a lot of thought if I moderately like the item. Unfortunately this Ross had almost no designer clothes- only enough to display 3 -4 feet in all sizes on display. Very disappointing. I live in Allen but I guess traveling to PLANO (two stores) and Campbell and Coit its in order. DARN!!!!

Worst Customer service ever seen in my life, Store manager and her staff doesnt respect customer, not accepting a return with receipt stating this is not from their store however same brand was found in store.

Good place to by chlotes and hime decor, I think it needs more organization, but its a Ross after all.
