Good clothes. Best customer service in the world. Misguided folks say that Brooks Brothers’ style is behind the times...the truth is that their style is classic, which means that it will never go out of style. In terms of customer service, I will avoid giving details of what they did for me, out of concern that some might take advantage of their customer-first approach. If you want a classic look and prefer to do business with good people, then this is the place for you.
