I took about 3 trash bags full of clothing and 15 or so pairs of shoes. Most of my items were top brands and in great condition. The same with the shoes. Several pairs were only worn once. All were in their original shoe boxes. I was expecting to get a pretty good offer considering I had a lot of great pieces from Anthropologie and designer jeans (GStar, AG, Mother, Pilcro) - all in great, resellable condition. 2 hours later they called me with my offer. I went back to the store to find out there were only keeping 2 items for an offer of $12!! And the 2 items they kept were no name brands from a boutique. The shoes even had a small scratch on the toe and they chose to keep them and resell. I was disappointed. I wont try reselling to them in the future nor recommend doing so to others. And any items you choose for them to donate, they wont give you a donation receipt. Quite annoying.

I dropped off some mens suits and assorted shirts, khakis and jeans. The manager accepted all of my suits and most of the clothes; I was more than happy with the prices I received for my items and glad to have finally cleaned out my closet! Looking at the rest of the clothes for sale I saw that they are clean, fashionable and quite fairly priced-- Im definitely making this my first stop the next time Im looking for clothes.

I was not satisfied at all with the prices of my items. They were terrible! I was wanting to sell to them a Saksroots bag and a fringe bag i bought from Kohls. The Saksroots bag that i bought was originally $95 and the fringe bag from Kohls was $40. TOGETHER for both the bags, they tried to buy from me for $5. Both the purses were in perfect condition. It was horrible. Took my bags back and left. Never again.

I have brought almost two basket of clothes over 20 pcs of clothes! They only took 5 pcs and they asked if was going to do credit or cash? They only gave me $20 back and kept $5 because I didnt want to do instore credit. Five pcs of clothes for $20? Im sure theyll retail it for more a pcs. Its upsetting.

Super cheap, great clothes. One of my favorite thrift shop hits. You can take $100 in and walk out with a new wardrobe. I have found many cute dresses for $6-$8. Even cute shoes. They also have a pretty good selection for guys which can be hard to find.

Yeah, it sucks that they usually wont buy ALL the clothes that you bring it, but I got $30 for clothes that I could have all taken to Goodwill. The clothes that they did not take I actually did donate. Great place! Way better than Platos Closet 100%
