I went to this location a few weeks ago and purchased a swimsuit that was supposed to be on sale. At check out I paid and didnt notice I was not given a discount. I called the store and the manager was so friendly and took care of this matter tmrught away. She refunded my money without me going in person and charged the correct amount. She went out of her way to take care of this matter not only for me but for future customers.

I love shopping at Belk no matter what city I am in. They have the best sale racks for any size and I can usually find great Plus size bargains. If you have their reward card you get additional bonus coupons in email or your mailbox and text messages, whatever your preference. These can be used on sale items. I am a fan!

I do love this McKinney location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful I just dont think theres enough of them theyre always very busy and its not easy to find someone to help when you have questions. But dont let it keep you from going in their sales are incredible. The merchandise is trendy and well-made.
