Went into the store today. Found the PERFECT outfit for my son for Bluebonnet pictures this weekend. Thought I had hit the jackpot because, LUCKY ME, both the outfit and the shoes were on the clearance rack. Happy as a lark, I headed to the check out. Stood there for 20 minutes in long, loud, hot lines. Finally made it to the cashier and she started pulling the clearance tags off of the items. I asked what she was doing and she said, in the rudest possible tone, These tags dont belong on these items. I told her that wasnt my fault, I didnt put the wrong tags on the wrong items, her employees did and that she needed to honor the price that the items were labeled. When I started getting upset with her, she called over the loss prevention officer, I guess to protect her from the customer SHE WAS BUSY SCREWING OVER ! She told me the actual price of the item and asked, Do you want to pay full price or not? I threw the items on the counter and left the store. Why didnt I ask for a manager, you might inquire ? BECAUSE SHE WAS THE MANAGER ! It is absolutely unbelievable to me that a store can stay in business while providing such awful customer service. Now after reading the reviews on this store, I see that Im not the only one. I will NEVER shop at this store again. EVER ! And Ill tell everyone I know not to shop there too.

Cashier was VERRRRY RUDE!! I bought 16pc Dinnerware set, 16pcs Glass Set, Silverware Set, Knife Set and cutting boards... Which were heavy plus I had my 5 year old with me....as she was checking me out I was putting all in my basket and she said no carts outside....iam like excuse me she said NO CARTS ARE ALLOWED OUT SIDE.....I said well how iam I suppose to take this to my car ..I told her...ill bring the cart right back inside ......with very bad attitude she said....I SAID NO CARTS OUTSIDE ...PERIOD.....I got really mad.....can anybody help me....she ask the lost and prevention guy....to help me ..... That was the worst experience I have ever had....!!

Went to return a comforter set, the young lady that was working the exchange/return line was very rude and unprofessional. No greet, talking to another associate about going to get her phone from the back. When she was done with my return, she just put the receipt on the counter and walked away. First time at this location, I usually shop at the one in Rowlett, but I was close to this one at the time, that will be the last time going inside this store. The store was also dirty and filthy with things all over the floor, along the walls when you first walk into the store. So sad!

I was there tonight and the cashier literally asked me to take the clothes off the hanger myself to check out. Never in my 28 years of shopping has a cashier asked me to take the clothes off the hanger myself lol I then asked the cashier if she was having a bad day as she seemed very displeased. While she said no, her attitude proved differently and made the entire experience awkward and unpleasant. Everything was a mess and all over the place on top of the worst customer service experience ever. I think Ill pay a little more and go to Kohls next door!

They had a decent selection of clothes. Bit of clutter. Our cashier was pretty nice. My only problem with this store is their LP. they arent very discreet on who theyre watching. Its almost offensive. In my entire Life I have NEVER been watched the way I was today here. Two different LPS where circling us, making us very uncomfortable. Especially with us being decent customers. I mean theyre were so indiscreet about it, they almost made me believe I was stealing! Pretty decent location, but wouldnt come back unless necessary.

This Ross is always crowded. Lots of people with children that makes the place noisy and overloaded. Lots of garments on the floor, employees have no time to pick up. About 10 yrs ago it was my favorite place now I only stop there may be once a year - too many people! Never went to fitting rooms but restroom was very dirty and no supplies. At the same time I understand - too many people! Still give them 4 as sometimes public and customers create problems not management or assosiates..

This is the SHITTIEST Ross store ever! Dozens of people in line to pay, people there are rude, unhelpful, its dirty and nasty. I thought the old one over on Skillman could not be beat for overall badness, but this one takes it to whole new level. I will never set foot in it again. I guess Ross can be happy that there is a new DDs coming in nearby, maybe some of the clientele will go there instead.

This was my second trip to Ross in the last 12 months and both times I walked out without making a purchase because of the ridiculous length of the checkout line (on a Thursday afternoon no less). The store is always a mess as well. I dont expect the employees at a store like Ross to be extremely professional but the employees here obviously do not care about good customer service.

Every time I go to this location, they have the longest wait time in lines to check out,but they only have 2 registers open. One is only doing returns and exchanges. Last time I waited 30 minutes just to pay for 1 item. This time I waited over ten minutes with only 2 people in line. Worst thing is that the cashiers have no urgency, instead are asking to go on break. Smh.

I just stepped on a clothing pin sensor thing twice and fell down so the employee, Christy , didnt give me an injury report thing but she only said if my mom wanted to talk to the manager and said no so we just left, also people these days dont seem to care about other people because no one seemed to care about what happened.

There register employes are really slow i have been here standing without exagerating 20 minutes for a nechless i have on hold funny thing its wednesday not the weekend and theres 3 registers open with like ten pple on each with about 4 or less items i dont understand wheres the Store Manager for that extra push...

Ive been to other Ross stores and this one had to be by far the most unorganized one ive visited. Idk if it was because it was sunday and they dont arrange till Monday. But everything was thrown everywhere. Could also be that the customers throw everything everywhere BUT then again employees dont care to rearrange

They allowing men in the womans dressing rooms! They say that if youre uncomfortable with it then you have to wait for them to leave. They are rude and always have long lines. I used to always shop at Ross, but I will not be back in there again until they change their policies.

Was there yesterday. Had a neat variety on clothes. Good price on clothes and some housewears. But, this place is so dirty. And things are a mess. Looks like it is always that way. There is no one there but the cashiers. And cash only.
