I went in here to try a different Clothes Mentor. The store as in to shop at is okay, usually I pick up more than 10 items each time I go into the Frisco and plano location. At this location I looked at everything. I only found 2 shirts. I go to check out, and they hadnt bought anything from me, which was fine, I was going to purchase my 2 finds. Until I looked at my bin while looking for my card to pay for the two shirts. I see that my bin is still neatly folded in the same position I had brought it in. Shoes on top, and the clothes barely touched. Maybeee they had looked at the very top of my bin, but the talbots sweaters, chicos shirts,and ann taylor trousers, and other good stuff I had brought had not been given a chance. At all. Bobbie was rude from the begining, judged me from the way I was dressed (mind you, I work monday thru Friday at an office and Sundays are my sweats and no makeup days) I noticed this from the way she talked to me and other customers while I was shopping. She also does not treat the younger employees nicely. I did not purchase and went back into talk to the manager. Never returning to this location. The manager offered to look over my stuff again, but i had already spent an hour there waiting (for my stuff to not even be taken out of the bin) and I was very upset already.

First time in the store 2 weeks ago. Was excited to check it out. Now, I know to never go here again. The selection was worse than shopping at a thrift store, the sizing was very limited. And the staff was so uninterested with customers. To make it worse, I was shopping for my girls for Christmas. I cant think of one place where it is difficult to return or even exchange an item as long as the tags were on. These people are very anal about 7 day return policy. Come on its Christmas time. Even at the thrift store or goodwill they atleast will allow you to exchange. Will never shop here again and plan to get the word out that this place sucks.

Friendly customer service. Willing to give advice on which pieces they are most likely to buy. That way you wont waste time bringing in items they will not buy from you. Because this is a franchise, they have a catalog of guidelines for what they will purchase and a computer program that tells them how much to give you for a certain item. Dont bother bringing anything older than 2 years to sell. Policy prohibits them from purchasing. It is not the store clerks decision to make. They are very fair and helpful. I am a regular customer and will remain one!

Have taken clothes with great labels. Lot of the clothing was bought at Dillards. Out of 24 pieces accepted two. The irony of it is that a lot of them were purchased there. I understand quality and appearance but very unhappy with this, and a charity.....a lot of people would love to have my articles that I took in. Will not bother to take more clothing there.

They said womens clothing only so my clothes were refused. Mind you, Im only 19. They rejected my clothes which were mostly American eagle, forever 21, etc. However, I looked around and all I saw was Aeropostale and Forever 21. I think the staff judges you before they look at your items.

Turned down several brand new unworn items from trendy brands - not sure if they are biased against plus sizes. Also gave minimal payout given the quality of the clothes dropped off. Would not sell here again.

The staff are not friendly at all. Surprisingly, they turned down most of what you bring in. Hardly anyone goes shopping at these places anymore so Im surprised that theyre able to keep afloat or stay open.

Unless you have extremely high dollar clothes dont take them in here to sell...I had very nice capris with the tag still on and they rejected them ...they were bought online at K. Jordan for $49.99

The staff were not very friendly to me at all. The lady with the glasses, heavier set seemed to act the worse. I wont be going back. I prefer the store in Plano.
