If i could give less than one star i would! I have worked retail for 15 years and this was TERRIBLE customer service. Rude, rude, rude! Picke up a pair of jeans off of a table marked SALE $19 he tried them on, loved them. Which isnt often. We got to the checkout and they rang up $30 we showed the girl where we got them and were told not everything on the table with the large $19 sale sign was on sale. She tried to say they were put there by mistake by another customer so i showed her severalbother sizes of the same pants folded nicely on the display. She seemed confused so i asked for a manager to clear up the misunderstanding. He bobbled his head stuck his finger in the air and exclaimed that "she was just doing her job" first off i was very patient with the girl and was not rude to her at all. But asked the "manager" if there was a different manager i could speak with as i could already tell his attitude was bad and I didnt want to try and have a conversation with an entitled little brat. I was told to call corporate. He wouldnt give his name (usually the case when theyre in the wrong) i took his picture and a picture of the sale sign for when i call corporate. Avoid this place like the plague!!

Went to buy school clothes for our grand daughter first it was a total mess couldnt find what you were looking for. Second the one thing we could find, got to the check out stood there in a line that that wrapped and they had only one check out person. When they finally came up front from doing god knows what and we told them that three people had laid down their stuff and walked out her reaction was so what then she precedes to talk to people not in her line telling them where to go to find coupons while totally discing the customer in front of her sorry old navy cant go back they need to clean

I only give one star because I shop at Old Navy all the time but this store manager is beyond rude when you try to do a return! She kept asking other employees what they thought... if you dont know then why are you the manager? Plus if I had my receipt and bought it the DAY BEFORE I dont see the issue with at least exchanging the item. But I highly recommend firewheel bc they did the return and I even spent another $50 bc they were having a sale.

I wouldnt even give them one star! I walked in today to exchange a gift item and the store manager was very rude and unprofessional! Not only will I never shop here again, I plan to tell everyone I know. Plus, they didnt even take back the item or try to make it right. Still had tags on it and never been worn!

My one issue, and this seems to be common in Old Navy stores, is when they have sales in things like graphic tees they do t I clude the collectables line. It wouldnt be that big of a deal if the didnt put a sale sign on that display.

Everything is neatly organized. Not a lot of people. They have a lot of items in stock. The only negative is that its like 30 min from my house, but Id rather drive there than go to the one thats 10 min from my house.

My daughter wanted a romper that they only had on display. They would not let us buy it... said we could drive to another store instead of them changing the size on display... very disappointed!

I went during a peak time, but the employees were still pleasant and the lines moved quickly. Displays were tidy, store was clean, and did a good job keeping most sizes stocked.
