Every time I go in here, the staff are rude, unfriendly & unprofessional. I had the temerity to ask the clerk to go over the receipt with me to check a price. She ignored me, turned her back on me & stopped waiting on me. I had to ask her twice to return to finish bagging my items. She then smirked at me to show me she was being rude deliberately. I complained to the manager who said she was sorry "you had an unpleasant experience" (as if it was my fault somehow, not her staff), but did nothing to indicate she would pursue my complaint. I like some of the inventory, but its so hard to find anything (items are all over the placed & staff doesnt bother to restock correctly) that I usually give up and stick with buying purses or shoes, then head to SteinMart to spend my money on clothes.

Kind of dis organized, great prices on name brand products espically if your a fan of under armour!! The fitting room is extremely particular about you trying on clothes, they made me feel like I was going to steal everything and double checked everything I brought in and out. They also made sure I left the tags on the things I said I was going to purchase...

The entire time we were shopping the manager was berating an employee in the center of the store. No attempt was made at discretion. It was awkward and uncomfortable. With the selection of shops in that area we see no reason to put up with such nonsense and we will not be back.

Store is organized even better than last time I went. This is the only place I can find pants in my size - 4 petite of quality brand names at great prices. Its the only store I can find Lucky Brand, one of my favorite brands. I love this store!
