My wife just came out of this JCrew location tells my me about her worst experience ever. She shops here all the time as do I for her and was shocked to hear what she told me. So I decided to go in for myself and see how I was treated. To my amazement there were 3 employees working and the manager was more occupied telling a story to her co worker than to acknowledge anyone walking through the door. Then I heard the new girl that was actually working take a call from what appeared to be s woman looking for a swim suit that was on sale online. The young girl on the phone asked the pre occupied manager and the manager said "just tell her you have looked everywhere online and in the store and cant find it". Then the manager said we dont honor online sales just tell her you cant help if she is still asking questions.. I will not shop there again and Im happy to take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely do not go to this store, the management is ridiculous and rude! I ordered a shirt 6 months ago. And have been sick since I ordered it and I live 45 mins away and finally made the trip up. But the shirt was defected with bleach stains on it and Jennifer broyles the apperent "manager" refused to take it back. Even though I have a proof of purchase and minus the bleach it looked new!( which it was) then with all my information pulled up on the screen she refused to give me her information, and walked away threatening to call the cops on me. Needless to say I will Not being back to this store and I will most certainly be reporting her!

I actually like J Crew as a company. They put out a good product, but this is absolutely the worse J Crew location. I cannot even go in there to buy something really quick without the staff trying to start some kind of argument with me. I try my best to just pick out a few things real quick pay and leave, but they always start some kind of drama with me. I am not used to this kind of experience because I mostly shop at luxury stores. I think it is terrible for the company when they make a good product but inept management at the store level ruins the experience.

I am an avid and I mean avid J Crew shopper and love the Highland Village and Galleria staff; but the salesperson Michelle is the snottiness sales associate I have encountered. The one time I opt to exchange something literally one time the cashier stated I dont have you as buying this??????? I stated look on my JCrew card I think they need to check their verbiage Woodlands Market Street is also upscale and your clientele deserve better verbiage and service!!!!!!

I dont let any salesperson in here bother me, but I agree with the other reviewers that the staff here are not helpful, have zero personality, and unpleasant. Galleria staff is amazing and super helpful.
