Went for the Labor Day sale. I had chosen two suits from the sale ads. Neither was avilable in the store - not entirely unexpected, but I figured they could order them for me, I was happy to wait. But none of the suits from the sale ad were available. Anywhere. Not the ones I wanted, and none of the others either. The sales person *did* offer to sell me a different suit, very similar to one of the ones I wanted. But the price for that obe was the same as both suits I had picked out. A complete bait-and-switch operation, this store is.

Service is horrible to non-existent. Man in the back barely looked up from his computer and women were too busy talking to one another to acknowledge a customer. Its not the normal Brooks Bros. experience - usually inundated with customer service. If you dont like that, then you are safe at this store.

This is a great store. Stellar customer service, will go the extra mile for the customer. I drive a long ways to trade at this store, as Brooks Brothers other store, which is actually closer to my home, because of the service, courtesy (and parking and ease of shopping) at this location.
