i will never return to this location took 15 min to get to the store i had in mind what to was going to buy already got inside i was told i could not bring my purse in wtf who the hell leaves a purse in the car not i and your not gonna hold it either women carry purses last time i checked so i let took my money to cindies maybe thats why i was the only person at the store on a sat

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! It doesnt even deserve the one star. I came in to buy an outfit but due to their no try on rule I asked the associate if I could return the item if it did not fit. She said there would be no problem returning it. I then went back about 30 mins later because it did not fit and told me all sales were final! Needless to say I will NEVER be returning to this place

Awesome staff, great variety of products. They make you feel so welcome and are very knowledgeable on products. I really dont know what anyone is saying about them being rude. This is obviously not the case. They gave me time to look around and checked on me periodically. Asked me if I needed help or if I had any questions. I will definitely keep coming back.

Katz has a fitting room and allows customers to try on items on. Katz does not allow box items to be opened, therefore, they can not be tried on. Katz has a no refund/return policy that is clearly posted in store and at the bottom of each receipt. Certain items, like lingerie may be exchanged with reciept.

A great place to shop for you & your mate when ya wanna spice up your love life. And while youre there, pick up some smoking accessories. This store has a little of everything, including a very helpful and courteous staff!

Dumb return policy with no wiggle room on non sex item that I had just purchased moments before. Dont buy Monkey Os doesnt work. Cost this place their rep and a future customer.
