First and last time Ill visit this store. The customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. I was new to store and did not know "the rules." I chose a handbag and approached a counter to purchase the bag. A "gaggle" of 4 women were chatting at the counter and continuously gave me dirty looks as I stood there. Come to find out all 4 were store employees and turned on their heels, never making eye contact, and left me standing there. I walked after two of them and asked, "Do you work here?" The answer: "Yes. What do you want?" My answer: "I want to make a purchse." The answer: "Go find a cash register." and they walked off. Did I buy the purse? NO! Will I ever darken the door there again? NO!

The cosmetics asian lady from the was so un helpful. The girl that was before me, that the asian lady was helping, even left mad, because of the asian lady, she honestly doesnt help with anything. Everyone else was helpful though.
