Customer is always right

Tried to return shorts today that I ordered online. Shorts had tags but they were shipped to a different address and email. $75 shorts that the manager told me that she would give me a store credit for $7. I explained that I NEEDED help finding my receipt, thru email or credit card. Her words " I cant change the system for you". I explained that I wasnt asking her to do something illegal. I only wanted a store credit for what I paid. She was rude and arrogant. Ive never, ever encountered anyone as unprofessional as she was. When I asked her name, she turned her back and walked away. Ive bought thousands of dollars from A &F but will never again. The Woodlands, Texas store should be ashamed to hire a manager who isnt able to work with the public. Hopefully, the corporate management can address her and help me to return the shorts at the appropriate price.

Really poor customer service. The staff here is more interested in keeping the clothes folded in neat piles rather than helping customers. Had to waulit for about 5 minutes before someone would unlock a fitting room. The checkout process at the register is very slow.
