Be careful no exchange or return!! I was recommended by my friend to go check out poshak. I bought couple of shoes from their and I didn’t like one of the pair so I went back in Less than 24hrs to get it exchanged. I didn’t want to RETUREND my item BUT wanted to EXCHANGE it for another pair that I also liked. I insisted the guy and then a grl in the front to exchange my shoes for another pair that I liked. They absolutely refused to exchange my item at any cost and just stood there waiting for me to buy some more shoes. How rude? They said you can buy some more but we won’t exchange or return them. I was very disappointed after begging them to exchange my shoes ..…their customer service and rudeness was terrible that I left the store quietly. I will NEVER EVA EVER go back there. Please be very careful if you buy anything from there. The shoes are not comfortable at all and after I purchased the shoes I also happened to find out they also carry the CHEAP shoes that are over Priced compare to other stores on harwin (that were under $10). I won’t suggest buying a pair that says “made in china” b/c I bet you will find them at other stores around harwin. Good luck!

In the wedding industry there are two types of companies: money-drive and customer-service driven. Money-drive companies are chasing only money and will do whatever it takes to cash a check - even if it means compromising quality and/or customers satisfaction. A customer-service driven company will not only deliver a product, but they will forge a relationship with you that makes every step of the process fun, joyous, and full of memories. In my search for the right outfit for my wedding, I met many folks who would say anything to make a sale - even faking the designer to convince me to buy. Anas and the Poshak staff are 100% honest and did not stop serving me until I was completely satisfied with my outfit. To the last moment, Anas made sure I was happy with my outfit. He keeps the most up-to-date styles and will do whatever it takes to make you happy! I highly recommend Poshak for your outfit needs - you will not be disappointed.

I normally dont write reviews, but I feel obligated to write one for my experiences at this "boutique." The owner and employees at Poshak have no sense of respect, manners, courtesy toward their clients whatsoever. They have no sense of customer service at all! And yet they are running a boutique. Not only are they way over priced, they will not negotiate a penny on any item. I went in there to check out bridal outfits & saw one that I fell in love with. I asked a sales girl to let me try the outfit and she said that they do not allow trials on bridal outfit! I was just blown away by such a ridiculous statement. You expect someone to buy a $3,000 dollar outfit without trial. How can you possibly be running a place. You may have quality clothing, but gs NOT WORTH the price and service. This place is way over rated!!! BAD BAD BAD HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give negative stars I would surely do it.

I had been to Poshak a year ago and was treated well. I needed a bridal suit and it was about five or ten minutes before closing. I was struck by a lack of concern and poor attitude. I felt they had poor business attitude. They refused service and told they had worked a full day and I would have to make an appointment. Other shops went out of their way to fit me in, this was in spite of their scores of appointments while all along being polite and providing genuine help. I can understand why the other shops are full of customers while Poshak is not. Does the owner know this or do they simply have poor manners and no business sense? Either way, the loss is theirs. They could benefit by choosing a manager that has been to a decent business school. NOT IMPRESSED!

I used to go to the poshak that was there on bissonnet and they used to have amazing prices and excellent clothes. The one on hillcroft seems to have weird sense of fashion and their clothes are way too pricy. I almost feel like its not owned by the same Poshak people that used to be there on bissonnet. I hope they reduce their prices and get some clothes that are in fashion!!!

i thought this store was alright. first off all, the people that work there are very rude. if you ever shop there, make sure you do not get the skinny girl to help you, she is very unhelpful and doesnt seem to care for her customers. very poor customer service. their clothes were average compared to the other Desi clothing stores in Houston, there are better stores in Houston.

Went there today. This is 2015, and their hospitality is flawless. Their dresses were fancy (even after eid they had a great stock) , a little expensive but worth it. Also the cleanliness of the store was very satisfying.

The outfits and shoes are beautiful. Most of the shoes are hand made but not glued well, so the guy at the counter said he would fix ours. The were back unglued by the time we got home.
