On Interstate I-45 north of Houston in The Woodlands Texas mall. It is easy to see from the Main Street. It is a new large parking lot with some high-rise parking lots attached to the mall. Nordstroms is located inside the mall. The mall is a nice clean easy to walk place. Nostrums is very clean and modern looking. The displays are well done the colors and organization is very neat. The employees or very pleasant to me. There is a great restaurant and bar inside nose the bar does serve hard liquor wine and beer and has a full menu. The food is very good. The closer top notch and look very good and are well-made. You will find your fit and finish to be of top quality here. I appreciate the way everyone has treated me here. It was my first time here and I will be back again. I highly recommend this to anyone especially check out the restaurant and bar area inside nostrums and the artwork around it its very cool. Definitely a high-end store and it looks and feels like it. There is valet parking for the mall on one side that is near the Woodlands Waterway. They also have water taxis to bring you through the Waterway to the mall. I recommend taking a water taxi ride while you were there its $5 and thats good for all day. You could also go to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion from the water taxi ride. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I am giving them a star because of the Assistant manager named Taylor.Very rude,disrespectful and void of home training.So incompetent that she couldnt help but could interrupt after telling her twice to stay out of my conversation with an employee who was trying to.She said she has a degree in Agriculture..I dont know who made her an assistant manager but servicing people in a professional and helpful manner is not her calling.You cant talk over customers and be smart enough to know what someone is about to say.If customers are nice and respectful,you should do the same.I dont always believe the customer is right but in this case,I was right.Rude and unruly people are not my thing at all. I do give ten stars out to Sam,the manager in charge who had to clean up her mess and Kristen in Jo Malone.Very young individuals who are going places.Very cordial,genuinely helpful and professional.The sky is not their limit.Maybe Ms.Taylor(aka saucy mouth,arrogant chick)can take a cue from these two amazing individuals. In the meantime,Ill be sure to stick to the Nordstrom in my neck of the woods,The Galleria.

I came in last Saturday and shopped in the juniors section to find an outfit for my engagement party later that day. The associate was extremely helpful and she brought me 5 additional outfits than what I found on my own. I bought a romper that she had picked out for me that was super cute and on sale. When I got home I noticed that the sensor was still on the romper. It was a small sensor so it was easily missed. I called Nordstrom to ask what I should do since I did not have time to go back to the mall and my party was in an hour. They were extremely helpful and the woman on the phone could tell I was starting to panic. She asked for my address and they sent an associate to drive to my house to remove it. I have never experienced such great customer service in any other store than I did at Nordstroms in The Woodlands. That will be my first stop when headed to the mall and I will let all of my friends know about the sweet gesture. Thank you for making my day!

I love going to Nordstrom. I wanted to try a new skincare line to deal with my break outs. Nick introduced me to Kate Somerville and help me get what I needed to stop the red spots left on my skin for weeks after my blemish was healed. I love the Lumiwhite! And, the mineral SPF is the BEST sunscreen! Its completely matte finish AND it actually last me almost a year. Nick was great. He reeeeally listened to me and it was easy to talk to him about areas of my skin that Im not proud of.

For as high class as Nordstroms is suppose to be, this one is not. I tried to take back a skirt I bought because the zipper broke on it. I first asked to see if they could fix it. The seemstress said she could not. Then I was going to return it. They couldnt even find my card on file. The girl was not very helpful, she acted like she had no idea what she was doing. Get it together. I will not be shopping at this store again.

Not sure which Nordstrom denied the woman with a prosthetic leg access to the handicap dressing room claiming that it was for women with strollers but thats pathetic. As a Grandfather I can attest that pregnancy is NOT a desease and motherhood is not a handycap. I am posting to this stores review as I dont know where else to post.

Good selection, however not the most fashion forward compared to the Galleria location. Always good service from the sales people, however, the ladies alterations (tailors) arent the friendliest, rush you through and alteration time to delivery always seems to take longer than it should.

While shopping today, I had a personal problem. Associate, Lexus, who had already proven to be an expert in her area of fashion, helped me. She was professional, kind and handled everything with efficiency and aplomb. I could not have asked for any better assistance!
