I used to shop at Nordstrom Rack all the time back when I lived in Seattle. Yes, you have to hunt for things but it is a great place to find name brand clothes at discount prices. Their jean selection is very good and youre getting all the same brands the department store carries. Get there early if you dont want to fight the crowds. Also, you can use your Nordstrom card there and get points.

The customer service here is the best in the city, when compared to other apparel stores. Absolutely well trained employees and flexible returns. Selection is not the best (as with any discount retailer) but the service and location outweighs the selection. You will find what you want if you keep going back. Keep up the good service.

The cashier went out of her way to try and find the dress size I needed. She even called another location during a busy time. Great customer care! They dont have near the number of shopping carts they need though. I had to stalk someone at the check-out line to get one.

You know what you are getting. Discounted merchandise that has been picked through. You will be lucky to find anything fashionable. They have a larger selection of shoes than I expected. Customer service is passive and checkout can be slow.

Good selection, large store. Always a good selection of purses and clothes. Sometimes its kind of a madhouse, very long lines to check out, but I guess thats to be expected on Saturday afternoon.

As much as I love the quality of clothing at Nordstrom, I wish it were cheaper. Nordstrom Rack is that wish come true. Ive found dress shirts marked down 80% and couldnt be more thankful.
