This is long-winded but a one star rating deserves an explanation. I ordered a washer and dryer two weeks prior to moving into a new home. I made arrangements to have the items delivered on saturday to my new home and, because this place only takes cash, check, or debit (red flag!), my mother charged the purchase using her debit card because all I had was a charge card at the time. The sales lady assured me that the driver would call me when he was on his way. Saturday rolls around and no phone call. I called this place at 1 to ask about my delivery and was rudely told that I would have to call back when the sales lady I worked with returned from lunch. Call back and talk to her for about a minute during which she assures me that she will look into it. After 20 minutes I call her back and she puts me on hold with no explanation. Then she tells me she is putting me on the phone with her manager. This guy tells me they cant deliver it on that day. When I ask why he says "we just cant." No explanation. I paid $89 to have these items delivered on saturday (not to mention over a thousand for the machines) and thats all the explanation I get??? He says they can only deliver it on Tuesday and when I tell him that is unacceptable because I have to work he refuses to help me in any way. He offers to call me personally to let me know when the item is being shipped on Tuesday but I ask him how is that a guarantee that my items will be shipped when they have already lied? I tell him that if I do not receive my items on Tuesday as promised I am cancelling this order and filing a complaint with my bank. I tell this guy that I am very disappointed in their service and then he gets sarcastic with me and hangs up on me. I call my mom to tell her that the items werent delivered and how rude this manager was. My father then calls this place about this issue and the manager then tells my father that they have no record of this purchase and the items have been sold! He then gets real nasty and starts cursing at my father and tells him he must not understand English very well. My father is a native English speaker so this remark was completely rude and inappropriate. Later we get a call and they demand that we give our credit card number to them AGAIN so they can refund our purchase because they say I told them that I didnt want the items if they couldnt be delivered on Saturday, which is another lie. We told them to refund our money on Saturday. Today is monday and the money has not been returned. At this point we are filing a complaint with our bank. This whole experience was disappointing and completely horrible. I would NEVER recommend this place. Just go to Home Depot or Lowes. They have awesome service, appliances, and great financing options. I purchased a NEW washer and dryer at Home Depot for the SAME PRICE as this horrible scratch and dents place and I get FREE delivery! Plus, I KNOW IT WILL BE DELIVERED! Pay a little extra and be sure that you get what you paid for! I know this place gets a lot of 5 star ratings but something must have changed, maybe new management. I cant believe that this place could treat customers the way it treated me and my family and still stay in business.

I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing from this place to run the other way, I wish I would have just paid full price from one of the majors rather then put up with the drama. I wanted a 3 door stainless steel 29cf frig & did not want to pay $3k for it so off I went, my husband & I were greeted by what I have no doubt was a recently released convicted felon & who had the persona of used car sales man or a street corner hustler. After looking around & seeing what I wanted-it was relayed to me that I would have to wait for a shipment that was inbound to the location to select a frig, I paid ahead was given a minor discount in exchange for a good review after mentioning what I had seen on google if everything went as promised, was given a loaner as I was in a pinch as my current frig had just went out, I got the extended warranty then a week came & went before the shipment arrived. I run my own business & was headed out of town so I stopped in on the way out to hand pick which unit I wanted with owner/manager standing beside me to mark my selection, I continued on my trip & upon my return I notified them I was ready to take delivery of the frig. I waited for the designated delivery day to come & it went with no phone call saying that were not coming so I called & was tended to by that same disgusting sales man who thought he could tell me how this was going to be handled & that he was doing me a favor by dispatching my frig in front of the current days deliveries even though my delivery was due the day before. Needless to say I ate his lunch, I deal with truck drivers and oilmen all day every day, I let him know in no uncertain terms that he had exactly 1 hour to get my frig to my house-so he hangs uo on me- I call back & aks if I should come there so we can talk face to face about this and he declined in manner in which only a coward would. At any rate the frig was delivered, the loaner taken out. As the delivery driver was leaving I let him know that this was not the unit I had selected as the one I choose was free of damage except for 3 minor dings in the 3rd door & the unit in my house had a major ding in the left hand door and both left and right doors were uneven. I called the store bypassing that joke of a sale man to the owner, oh fyi, the little girl that works there is a as smart as box of bricks. I explained to the owner the behavior of his sales man & that the wrong unit was delivered. He said he did not know how that happened as he was standing right there when i picked my unit, he promised he would order a replacement door which I have not received as of yet & it has been at 3 weeks since it was to be ordered. I spoke with the owner today & was told that I would have the door this friday we shall see. oh for the record the frig does work & work well and yes I saved $1500 but the rest of the drama & irritation is simply not worth it, even though I paid for a warranty I will never ever call on them to do any repair work.

NO STARS - You couldnt pay my to do business here!!!!! Never in my life have I seen a more horrible display of customer service and from not one person but all three people I had to deal with at this store. I attempted to purchase a refrigerator for my office at the 290 / Hoover location. Joani was the first person I dealt with on Wednesday for the sale when I provided cc information. Joani was out of the office Thursday and Friday and suggested I work with Roy in her absence. Roy told me on Thursday they would not hold the refrigerator until Monday for delivery. I asked him to use my card if necessary to place a deposit to hold it. He said he would call back, On Friday when I did not hear back, Alexis answered and said they sold the refrigerator. When I started to explain that Roy never called me as promised and he had my cc she hung up on me. Then I called back and asked for Roy and had to leave a message - he never called me back. Monday morning after the weekend, at 9:30 am, Joani called me stating they had the refrigerator ready for delivery and I explained the previous events. She went on to tell me how they had issues with Alexis doing this and they are trying to build up their name and service so she would let the owners know. I agreed to take the delivery and she stated it would be an hour or two. At 3:30pm I called Joani back to check on the delivery (we close at 5:00). I was told that I need to be more patient and they are there until 6:00 and if they didnt get to it today it would be tomorrow. I explained that this was unacceptable and she should have called when it wasnt going to be as promised to make arrangements. She proceeded to interrupt me and tell me that she "didnt have to listen to this and she was cancelling the order, good bye". I said she was incredibly rude and this is not the way to treat a customer. She proceeded to argue with me further. I reminded her of the whole experience and her comment back to me was "and you are miss perfect!" I cancelled the order and will NEVER give them my business. Dont waist a minute with this company.
