Im not normally one to bash businesses, but this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had with a store. The sales associates inside the store were pleasant, but when completing my order, Lyden managed to take 15 minutes to create an order that then somehow cancelled. It then took him another 10 minutes to re-create the order and charge my card. Over the course of the delivery process (which was 6 days since the first refrigerator showed up damaged), they could never find my order and were worthless at attempting to correct the problem. Akita and Brianne were not helpful in fixing the issue, and did nothing in making sure the system was corrected. I had to spend hours on the phone (mostly on hold and being transferred) to finally speak to a case manager who was the first person who actually seemed like he knew what he was doing. Finally I managed to receive a call stating the second delivery was scheduled. Upon re-delivery, the refrigerator was damaged yet again, and the delivery men also managed to scratch a huge hole in our newly painted wall. Despite this, he insisted me check "no damage to home" on the receipt. I declined, and reported it. The first person who was pleasant and deserves 5 stars in this process is Brian from the Geek Squad. He was extremely helpful and apologetic on behalf of the company, and was proactive in making sure I have no further issues. Overall, I will advise every person I contact to not purchase anything from this store. Ill be taking my future business elsewhere.

These people are incompetent and have no respect for their customers time. I ordered a dishwasher and arranged a date for delivery, installation and haul off of my old dishwasher. They arranged for a 4 hour window to deliver at their convenience which I accommodated because all these guys are just as bad. On the date of delivery, a representative called me to schedule the installation. After a moment of confusion, I replied that I was waiting for the unit now, at which time I was informed that that was just for delivery and installation would have to be scheduled at some date in the future. I asked if they were going to haul off the old unit today when they delivered and I was informed that there was no notation to haul off the unit and that would have to be scheduled for yet another day. Needless to say, I am cancelling my order and I will buy from someone who at least does it all in one appointment. How do they expect people to take off 3 days to get one dishwasher delivered? They clearly do not understand the basic principles of customer service.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS PLACE! We spent $6000 on top-of-the-line washer, dryer, and fridge. When they got here on Thursday, January 8, 2016, the fridge could not be installed because it didnt fit and the washer was bent. They didnt install anything, they just left it in our garage. They told us that they would call us to schedule a new delivery date for the new pieces and they never did. We called on Friday and the customer service line kept us on hold for over AN HOUR only to tell us they didnt know about our order and would call us shortly. A day and a half later and we havent heard from them. There is no way to get any information. Once they sell you something they dont care when or how it gets delivered. Juan Rubio was the salesperson and he never had the decency to call us, answer the phone, or return our call when we called asking for help. We STILL dont have our appliances, no one has given us an answer, and there is no way to get information. Worst customer service.

No customer service and they all lie! This has been a disaster! First we were told that black friday prices would not be lower for the refrigerator we wanted (the price went down $300). Then we were told we would be credited. Not.Ever.Happening. During black friday sale, purchased dishwasher, under cabinet fridge, and range. Told that all was in stock and would be held for our delivery. Ordered delivery. Came without the range. Says it is back ordered. No warning, no call. Old range already out of kitchen. Holidays coming. Guests. Not in stock for another month. Over a period of a week, no one ever returned a call. Finally we are getting a substitute of a less-well reviewed range at same price point, but they are doing us a favor to substitute it at the same price (because not on sale any more). Run--buy from anyone but these guys. Would have given no star but not sure thats an option.

I have been here multiple times to look at different appliances. The sales reps do not know accurate information in their products; if they do not know the answer, they outright lie. If this is what their employees are like, I cannot imagine servicing an appliance with them. Good for looking at itemsbut you will probably get more accurate information on the manufacturer websitea
