One star only because Google doesnt allow ZERO Stars Washing machine failure, still under warranty. Local folks are nice but have have advised they have no authority to deal with repair, replacement, or refund. Repair requests are handled remotely via overseas. We have waited three months for parts and service technicians. A disaster consisting of wrong parts ordered and cancelled service appointments. They have not been been able to repair the product and now refuse to replace it or refund my money. Next stop for me is to file a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Consumer Division and or file suit for breach of warranty and product liability damages.

It is really sad that if you order appliances online and get warranties on them, the company does not even honor them. Trying to give you a very hard time while leaving you on the phone for hours and hoping that you hang up. They are very rude and discourteous towards customers and Do Not Honor Warranties... NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!! Displeased and Unsatisfied Customer!!
