David, their repairman, is here presently on a Saturday morning, repairing our Kitchenaid cooktop, having ordered the part locally after his visit on Friday! Between Steve, the owner of this family business, David and Janet, they are a well oiled machine. We buy our appliances from them, relying on their knowledge to make the final decision. It doesnt hurt that their price has been a bit less than the large box stores. We have all our appliance repairs done by them, a Whirlpool refrigerator icemaker being successfully repaired by them recently. The Maytag business name doesnt mean they dont sell or service other brands, because they do, and they do it very well. Love finding one stop shopping that I can fully trust! If there was a 10 star rating, I would choose that. They are that good. Fran G.
