I originally gave this place a pretty decent review. However, that was premature as I had not actually received my purchase yet. I purchased a dryer last week because the prices seemed great but this place is the reason people say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. After paying for the dryer and delivery I was promised my dryer would be delivered before 8pm that night. I called at 7:15pm and the representative informed me that they had forgotten and would send someone out right away. The delivery arrived at 8:30 pm that night with only one dryer that didnt even speak English. My boyfirend had to come over and help him bring it upstairs because they only sent one guy after I told him I lived on the second floor. After getting inside the driver attempted to set it up and it did not work. He called one of their Techs to get assistance and they still could not get it resolved. The tech asked to speak to me and tried to tell me that my power was the reason the dryer was not working. I explained to him that I didnt understand why as the old dryer we had worked fine with out power. He then changed his story and said "well that actually rules out the power and it must be something in the motor in the dryer that is broken" he said they would send a tech out the next day. I let him know that would not be acceptable and that I did not want a product that needs a tech to work on it before I even use it once. He said "Well that is your problem not mine, and that is the reason for buying a warranty so we will not be giving you a refund," I was very frustrated at the lack of customer service this place had, and who wants to have to use a warranty before they even get to use the product they purchased once. Also, we have had our maintenance staff plus a electrician check out the power and they both ensured us that our power was fine! My advise please do not shop at this place!!! Horrible customer service and very horrible merchandise. More than likely the product will not be working when you purchase it and once they come to install it for you they will try to place the blame on you. Find a much better discount store with much better product or even pay full price at a respectable establishment but whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP! You will be wasting your money as I have now wasted $200.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Go to Lowes or Home Depot and I guarantee you will find better prices for appliances with free delivery from professionals!!! They alway have sales and their sales prices are BETTER then what you can get a any scratch and dent. I went here thinking I would save some money buying appliance for my rentals. The prices are marked up like new appliances and you negotiate and usually get about $200-300 off their sticker price. They have guys who have no experience delivering these appliances and completely scratched up my new wood floors. I was there when they delivered and told them to stop but they didnt speak English and continued to drag the frig up new wood floors! They did not even wrap up the bottom of the frig and it was metal on wood all the way up the stairs! The frig was completed dented on the bottom and could not stand level so I had them take it back. I asked for a refund and they offered me an exchange but at this point I would never let them deliver again. The refused to pay for the scratches all over my new wood floors and denied my refund and told me to get a real delivery company to pick up stating that their invoice clearly states they are not a professional delivery company... but yet they offer these services and charge for it. I went to Home Depot, the 4th of July sale had prices that were way less then what I paid for the really bad frig AND delivery was free by a PROFESSIONAL delivery team. Bottom line, they could of made it right with their customer by giving me a refund. They loose nothing and I didnt ask them to pay for the damaged floors knowing the legal battle would not be worth it but they would not give me a refund and all the other comparable frig in their inventory are horrible. I have store credit to a place I would never visit again. BEWARE! If anything goes wrong here the owner and management will not make it right! I am not giving them one star but the review will not let me give them nothing.

Horrible, do not trust these people. I spent almost $3000 at the store on 45 North. I had it delivered, they sent 1 guy to deliver a washer, dryer, refrigerator and wine cooler, as he was moving the fridge in he put a hole in my wall. It has now been over 2 weeks and no one would give me any answers on when they would fix it, my options when talking to the assistant manager and Jamie were find someone to fix it and they would reimburse me or they could send someone out, after waiting this long to have someone sent out, I hired someone to fix it, as my landlord will be coming for an inspection. I called the store again since no one has been returning my phone calls and finally got the "Manager" Pete, who was completely rude, I told him the situation and he said he knew nothing about it, but refuses to pay for the damages. I have sent them pictures and gave them ample enough time to fix the damages...Not to mention all the additional scratches on the fridge, that I did not ask them to cover. Now since they refuse to pay the $200 for repairs, we will be going to court!!! Horrible customer service and accountability on their behalf!!

Like the other disappointed customers, we too had a horrible experience after making the purchase. The dryer only worked for one cycle, made terrible noises afterwards. Following weekend took it back to be prepared. Went back next day because they "supposedly " fixed it. Tried again to dry this time the noise was so loud sounded like the dryer was going to Blow!! Called them again, they said bring it back we can swap it out for same model or comparable. Weekend took it back, nothing worth swapping out...now were ticked because they clearly didnt fix the issue the first time. Nothing worth swapping for. Left it there they said they would bring it back Tuesday night, day came nothing was delivered no phone call. Would call again after Tuesday they kept saying oh the technician isnt here blah blah blah,,, finally Saturday we came back to pick it up...mind you this is now 3 trips, gas wasted. Not once did they apologize! My advice, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! Ive bought from places like this before and have never received such poor service. If I couldve rated them in the negative numbers I would. STAY AWAY!!

This place is TERRIBLE! The majority of the appliances that are on the floor do not work and the customer service from the staff is the worse I have ever experienced at any business. I purchased a dryer for my girlfriend a few weeks ago. When my girl got home and began washing clothes as the business had promised to deliver the dryer within a couple of hours. After waiting over 2 hours passed the time they promised to arrive I asked my girlfriend to call. They explained to her that they forgot about the delivery and would be heading out soon. Once the dryer was delivered to our home it was 9 PM. The best part is when the technician tried to set it up IT DIDNT WORK!!! They left claiming there was nothing that they could do and it was not their problem so we should call the store the next day. Meanwhile I have wet clothes that need to be dried and no dryer after paying over $200. Take my advice and stay away from this place. Had I read the reviews prior to my purchase that is exactly what I would have done.
