Its a typical furniture store. Selection and offers are average. Furniture now a days are so poorly and cheaply made, hard to find real wood in an entire set of anything, unless you want to pay a fortune. Used to be a time when all income levels were offered a good deal in well make furniture. Its not just Ashley Furniture doing this, is just greedy corporate America, a complaint for another venue. Sales people are typical here, is a job and a sales one, so I expect no more or less, they do their job according to how much they want or need to make a living off of, I dont blame them. There just seems to always be so many of them sitting around waiting for that slew of customers. This location is not very busy, the multiple times I came in. I never feel conformable in furniture stores, feel like Im being followed. Yet, when you need furniture, this is where you go, right. Anyhow, this location is decent, not impressive, a bit overpriced on a portion of the selection. There are some good ideas and concepts here, but not enough to purchase from here. Ill be in the market for a mattress soon, I could possibly come back for a sale and actually get an Ashley Furniture brand mid to higher range mattress, they were quite comfortable, I was surprised. The sales and few clearance items Ive purchase are satisfactory. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is a bit drab, but again, its a typical furniture store. Its not a major point or would necessarily get me to buy all my furniture here, but fresh coffee, a beverage, water and cookies or snack of some sort would be a nice touch....not for the sales staff to hang out, but to relax your customers and make it more inviting.

Unfortunately, I cannot see myself making another purchase from Ashley due to the delivery department. This was my most stressful time ever in my history of scheduling ever. First off I was told I would be contacted to setup delivery window, but they should have stated you will be given a window and you dare not request a time that works for you because these geniuses decided to make a schedule based off your GPS location so no matter which day works for me the time would be a set window no matter which day. Makes no doggone sense what so ever. Even Comcast/ Xfinity is not that bad. Anywho good luck with trying to find someone to help with this ridiculousness. I tried from delivery manager to even store manager where I made purchase just to assist because I was so frustrated and he didnt even attemp to return my call while regular store associate pushed me back to delivery team on a blind transfer call. So needless to say after all this maddness I decided to go corporate office and then found several complaints on delivery department so decided to throw in the towel and just leave work when they called to end this nightmare. Next time I will be at 6006 I45 North between Tidwell & Parker at Mattress Mack . Now we did love my salesman Matthew in Sugar Land, but too bad he works for Ashley.

My spouse and I went to Ashley Furniture Outlet, after weeks of searching for the perfect living room set for our new home, and i was approached by Ebonee who assisted me every step of the way in finding what I needed and more. She was very knowledgeable about the product and she even went the extra mile to print out dimensions of the sets that I was interested in. She made this furniture shopping experience a cake walk. She was very helpful with my financing options. After she was able to get me approved with zero interest financing I was able to go ahead and purchase our bedroom set along with our living room set. All around great customer service and a pleasant shopping experience with Ebonee. My spouse and I are very satisfied with our purchase and we will most definitely shop at the Ashley Furniture Outlet and with Ebonee again. Highly recommended!!!!

Great prices and even better service! I came in looking for office furniture for my new home office and they didnt have what I was looking for on the floor. My salesperson was Hunter and after letting me browse the showroom, he came back with printouts of 3 different home office sets that he thought would be ideal for my space. After narrowing it down to two sets, Hunter had the pickers to pull the desk from both sets so that I could see which one I liked the best. I was able to get zero interest financing, great quality products, and excellent customer service all at one location! I will definitely be returning to Ashley furniture outlet for all of my furniture needs. If you end up going ask for Hunter and tell him Chris sent you.

Do not purchase anything from this location!!!! I would never write a negative review but this place is horrible! I purchased a dining table from them over a month ago and still have yet to receive it, every one in the store has no clue as to what is going on the level of customer service is horrible, I have been waiting on a base to a table for a month and no one seems to know when it will arrive for delivery. When I ask to speak to managers or supervisors the girls in the sales department are extremely rude and have no common knowledge as to how to handle customers. I am telling you if you purchase something from them you will regret it, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Awesome is all I can say about Mr. Hunter Watson my salesman, this was my 1st experience purchasing furniture @ Ashley Furniture and let me tell you Mr. Hunter Watson is was totally awesome. He met me in the parking lot with and warm welcome, let me come in and just relax and look through the Warehouse at my own speed. No pressure on purchasing anything, I showed him a couple samples of what I was interested in and he made it happen. Awesome salesman and above that he has the personality that just make you want to spend your money over and over again. 5+ and then some on my experience today @ Ashley Furniture....

I was on the hunt for a sleeper sofa. After visiting several stores I was told that a sleeper sofa would be hard to come by as the manufacturer no longer makes them. I had visited Ashleys earlier in the day and was assisted by Mario. He was very pleasant and helpful. I told him I wanted to look one more place before making a decision. I returned to the store later on that evening and was assisted by Hunter. He too was very pleasant and helpful that I decided to purchase the sleeper sofa from Ashleys. I feel that I received a great deal overall and the customer service was excellent.

My experience at this Ashley furniture store has been satisfying and rewarding. I have been with my same sales person for the last 4 yrs. Mr. Hunter Watson greeted me upon my visit and was very knowledgeable of his product and store. Since my first purchased and excellent customer service experience with Mr. Hunter I have continued to make Ashley my home store for all my furniture needs. If ever to visit this Ashley location please remember if you want excellent customer service, smile and knowledge of what youre looking for or needing just remember.....ask for Mr. Hunter Watson
