YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK OF BUYING!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered from them a bedroom and living room- $2700 Since the beginning the service was so awful!!!! The Afro American lady that "helped" us lied to us about the price, she said one thing and at the end she found out she did a mistake and wanted us to pay 200 dollars more!!!! We still ordered and tried to believe them. We waited for the furnitures for almost a month!!!!! And at the day of delivery we were told that they will arrive between 1-4. We called about 5 times since 11 am till 3 and found out no truck was sent to us with the items. The owner an Asian lady rented a truck and they arrived at 6 oclock evening!!!!! Thats after we requested 4 times to receive it before afternoon hours. The delivery guys didnt have the right aqipment to assemble the living room and the worst part- they had missing the foot bord of the bad which means the bad cant be assembled!!!! And the mirror of the dresser was missing as well. We got no answers from the manager. We asked them to send us someone with the footboard and they lied to us and said that they have it in store. after about four hours at -10 oclock at night the delivery guy came all the way from cypress to breaswood area -40 min drive without The footboard and brought us a brown mirror for a white bedroom set - it was just ridiculous. The delivery guy said they made a big mistake and ordered a queen size footboard for my king bedroom set and that the mirror does not exist in the store he wasnt too surprised and it looked like hes used to this kind of mess. I Will just mention again that I was waiting for my delivery for almost a month!!!!! They lied to me from day one saying that they have the bedroom in the warehouse and they are missing just a part of my living room and this is the reason why I need to wait so long for the delivery but eventually it was all a big scam I received the living room but I havent received my bedroom set . I am literally sleeping on the floor!!! its been 48 hours and nobody contacted me yet. I am ready to return all their merchandise and I never will go back to this store or recommend about them to nobody. Ashley signature need to take their license to sell their furnitures or any type of furnitures. big scam!!!!!!!!!! big scam!!!!!!!!!!!

Joani was an amazing help and truly the reason we decided to purchase our mattress and bed frame from Apex. She was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond what we would typically expect from a salesperson. We really needed our setup as soon as possible, and she was able to make it happen for the next day. I was the most impressed when she stood up to her extremely rude and unprofessional coworker who was criticizing her the whole way through. From what I overheard, she was upset that Joani called the manager to request a delivery for us for the next morning. I wish I had said something while I was there and I really wish I got the other employees name. But Joani stood up for herself and her sales skills, and I was very impressed that she handled it in a professional way. Honestly we probably couldve found a similar set somewhere else, but I am so glad we chose Apex because of its quality products and because of Joani! Go check it out and make sure to request for Joani, since she is the one who will do the most for her customers. The only reason I deducted one star was because of the terribly rude other employee.

Great place to purchase furniture from great, down-to-earth, non-pushy people. Judy, the owner, is very willing to help and patient as well! Anthony is also great and willing to answer any questions you have. I think they have a nice variety of furniture options, from less expensive to very nice. They also have catalogs full of other furniture they can order for you that they dont have room for on their showroom floor. I opted to pick my furniture up myself. My only concern was that the paper you sign at pick up states that once you get it, its yours. No returns. So make sure it is in good shape and not broken. This makes it harder when it is 9 different boxes. But, alas, the boxes were all in good condition, and the furniture I purchased was in great shape! Id shop for furniture here again if I needed it!

I sure like the service they provided. I wasnt expecting getting anything from that store but sure they have heck of a price there. From the outside you wouldnt know they sell Ashley furniture at that great price. There was a lady name Judy if I recall correctly. She was a sweet lady that helped me. Im telling my folks to come down and check them out... There mattress prices are great! not bad of quality I should mention too. Its been 4 months since Ive gone and my mattress is great!

Friendly and professional staff. Earnie my salesperson was very nice and helpful. I received my sofa and chair a week after ordering even with half of Houston being shut down from floods. The delivery guy called me before delivery and set everything up, removed the trash. Great prices, good service.

Would recommend to anyone! Furniture came without a scratch and the guys who delivered and built it were super friendly and fast! Even though its in Cypress I would drive out there from anywhere in the Houston area due to the cheap prices and the people who work there.
