This Target looks clean and smells like popcorn, like your typical attractively designed Target store, but after a few times in here, I noticed it pretty much hires country type white people in my opinion. I love all types of people but the people that work here are ugh. One girl actually said to me at the cash register, during chit chat when I was trying to get some stuff, that she does well because she signs a lot of (her words coming, not mine) "dumb mexicans" credit cards. She said they have to sign up so many people on Targets cards and that she usually hit her marks because she just smiled at them and they really didnt understand what she was doing so they just signed up. I guess because Im the same race, the checker felt she could tell me. I was disgusted. This is the most profoundingly disgusting story I have from this place. There are others but I dont shop at this location anymore! I just want people to know of my experience and humble personal opinion. You are warned, racists and bigots in my opinion!!

I work down the street and refuse to shop here. the girls in the dressing rooms/ womens section are always talking bad the manager and other employees out loud where we (the customer) can hear. not very professional. not to mention this older red head lady who normally checks people out on the last registers near the makeup is racist towards Hispanics and blacks. dont want to repeat what she said (very aggressive) but in nicer words she said that "tomball folks are the best and should be the only ones welcomed there." Im guessing they Dont have many people to hire that they have to keep who they have good or bad.

Never never going back to that Target!!!! super rude they dont respect coupons even tho I was using them right.. Making see I was stilling from them with the coupons, I called corporate to make sure they were saying the truth The corporate assistant told me I could use my coupons how ever I wanted got me really upset bc The "supposedly" CSM Customer Service Manager Said we had missed continuation making sense I didnt speak English Lik really! I was talking to u perfectly fine.... So a RUDE! Just sad I being to that Target sense I was lil so a disappointment....

Worst target ever ! If your Hispanic dont go you will be treated like crap. And God forbid you have coupons. They will hate you more! Before you even start the transaction "do you have coupons?" , "Wth?" Yes I do but they are according to the coupon policy. Doesnt matter . They make up their own coupon policy . Cashiers are rude , and the store is messy. I was singled out over coupons , really ? I had a 75$ transaction with 4 coupons 2 of each where different ,Wow ! Target lost a good customer. I will be canceling my target credit card. Beware of this target!

The manager was quick to make things right. I had ordered a product online. When I came to pick it up it, they were out. The manager offered an upgrade product at the same price. He could have laid the blame on the corporate office not doing what they were suppose to do. Instead he took responsibility and took action to make things right. After working thirty years in customer service, I was impressed with his actions. I will be back.

They were out of 2 of the 3 things i needed but i found similar products. I come here for the pharmacy. The service is excellent, the wait is never unbearable, and they were patient with me while i went through multiple discount cards to find the one that made my stupidly expensive medication more reasonably priced. Plus, The Dollar Spot owns me.

Target to me us the main rival to Walmart but it does fall short, thats not to say that this is a bad store Walmart s prices are hard to beat, but it does make a nice change to go to target, people are helpful and the place is cleaner then Walmart and kept well, they also have a Starbucks and a pizza but in store

My wife and I really like target. But it seems to always be an issue of getting help. Rarely do any employees offer assistance if you are looking around. I at times feel like I will inconvenience them, though I know its there job. Cashiers are usually very friendly.

Standing at the electronics check out center for 10 minutes nobody asked if I needed anything. Finally had to go find someone two departments down, then they had to find someone. Overpriced items, service sucks. Usually I avoid Targets.

The majority of people who shop there arent too friendly, but I love the store. Using my Cartwheel app, and my Target card I save a LOT when I go shopping. I like getting good quality things at a discount. Even if its a small one.

Best products and everything has a fair price and everything from outdoor/camping items, electronics, and sport and clothing. And thats just a small portion of what they have its a store with Ive 10-50 stores inside

The new HR manager and store manager have made all the difference! Im in there several times a week and they are so productive and nice. They hired a bunch of new cashiers for the holiday season that are very nice!

I use to work at this store its a terrible place to work at they practically force you to get people to sign up for Red cards... I never cared for it when I found a real job I quit and Im so glad I did.

Its always clean, mostly organized, and most items are easy to find. The only complaint would be that its hard to find a staff member to help, but when you do, theyre always friendly

A nice Target that you can find good clearance items. Recycling center is one of the only ones in Tomball. The Starbucks inside has friendly and capable employees.

Its not the same without popcorn, but the store itself sells food and clothing thats higher quality than Walmart so you cant go wrong with going to target

Clean and somewhat maintained store. Fitting room was unsupervised for the 30+ mins we were there. Clothes were in piles and the phone was ringing nonstop.

I prefer the Tomball Target to the one on Jones / 249. Less crowded, better lighting, and seems to be cleaner (which may be the lighting, 249 seems dingy)

They have everything! The employees are cordial and friendly. Lots of room to walk with your shopping cart without feeling like the place is crowded.

Its a target. Expensive and I dont really dig their politics. Selection is okay, but 15 to 30 percent more than youll pay online or at Walmart.
