Everything was fine until I had to deal with the cashier. She was rude to the customer before me who had an issue and needed to speak to the manager. That customer never did get to speak to the manager. She had an attitude when ringing me up. My OfficeDepot loyalty card would not work and she didnt care enough to even acknowldge there was a problem, let alone see what the problem was. She obviously had better things to do than to ring us up. If I do go back and the same cashier is working, I wont deal with her. I will leave without purchasing anything before I will deal with her again.

Copy Center Customer service can be alot better. The staff are nice though. But the prices are cheaper then FedEx Office Print and you have more options on your media choices for saving your files. Between the 2 for this location i would probably just go across the street to FedEx Office Print and pay extra for better customer service.

Came hear to buy a stapler, and remembered why I buy everything from Amazon now. The store was very clean, but the item was in the back of the store, there was a line at the register, the credit card terminal did not work the first three times.

horrible. dropped off my fedex, said they dont give receipts. 2 days later package is not in fedex system. also tried to charge me $1 a strip of tape. thought the tape on the counter was for customer usage.

The most awful service ever, theyre not available even in their own business hours, they always have excuses not to do your work, I stopped by this store three times and I had the worst experience ever.

Just been there (6 August, 2013, about 1.35 pm). Cashier wasnt able to correct incorrectly inputted email by herself and sent my receipt to incorrect email address smiling so happily.

Bathrooms were horrible. No tissue and no soap. Customer service behind xerox area was slow and I was never recognized. Had to ask for help after waiting ten minutes
