Got the worst service from this store. i ordered a video game and it was delivered to my home. It was in a pre-owned case, although I ordered a new game, and it did not work. I returned it to the store for a refund and was told I would have to take store credit. "No, you are forcing me to purchase here, but you dont have the game available to replace so store credit is a waste of time and money." They go on to say it store policy and make us wait 30min while she pretended to call corporate. We noticed she had food on her breath, that she wasnt calling corporate, and demanded a full refund. We finally go it. I will not be shopping in this store or with this chain any more.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Both people in there didnt care to help anyone. One was a Girl and the other was a heavy set guy. Working on the night of 8/31/15. Will never go back

Went there for midnight release of Halo 4. went very well . Except for the fact that they forgot to put the pre order code on the receipt I now have to go back.
