Came in here the other day. First off they lied to my fiancée and told her Sims 4 wasnt on PS3 when she asked well we knew before we got there that it was. Because we looked it up online. Well we got 3 games. After we get home. We find one out that one game didnt work and the other was the right game but the wrong one in the series. So to hell with this GameStop. They suck. Not going back.

This stoe is very unprofessional. I have witnessed employees talking badly about other employees in front of customers. I have watched a lack of team spirit between these ppl at the S Bway store. In addition the language of some employees here is just unprofessional.

I love going to this store. They remember frequent customers and treat them like friends. They help out new customers and they know the answer to practically any question you can think to ask them. The environment is just home-like.
