9/8/2016 Online order - pick up in store Some of the people were great, but this one guy was so lazy. I was looking for the ipod 8th Generation as the website said, they have it available in store. So i go up to this location after seeing it was in-stock and the guy I asked about the product, said that apple does not make them any more and that he do not know where their at in the store. That really pissed me off because best buy is too big of a electronic store/business to have false advertisement. The guy did nothing to help what so ever, just was too lazy to even look for me after Ive asked about the product. His name was Lee, and he doesnt deserve to be there if he isnt willing to help customers. He gives the company and the location a bad name. Instead, I went on the website to do a pick-up in store order an hour later. I come back after i got notification that my order was ready for pick up, and it was there. The look on his face was priceless, I wanted to go confront him and say "hey, i thought you all didnt have the ipod i was looking for. Here it goes right here". The young lady at the pick online order department was great, but the guy Lee is very horrible.

if i were rating the Geek Squad, I would give them a 5 star plus. but this is Best Buy. they get two stars just for geeks squad if they didnt have Geek Squad. they would have 0. where do we start. if you go at night time, everyone is high there on illegal substances. even the reps for all the devices are getting high over there too. hell you may even have one offered to sell you some weed after you let them know they look high. attention managers!! attention managers!!! get your crap together ,and start giving random drug test and youll have awesome service there. but of course drug test yourself first. as for the Geek Squad youre awesome***** 5 star for u. dont believe everything you hear from the employees there .they dont know what theyre talking about, or they just dont care because theyre high and wasted. I will check in time from to time. If i see an improvement I will change my rating

It is alright I guess. I have had issues in the past with Direct TV people harassing me all of the time. Also, this store is almost always out of stock on the items I am looking for. While other area stores have them. I still go here a lot just because of convenience but I can tell you that the Atascocita store is a much better store. I have had mostly good experiences at the stores mobile section. Although, I did get screwed one time when pre-ordering the Note 4. The stores computer system was down so the Best Buy Mobile employee told me just to go order it online at home which I did. Well when I came back to the store to trade in my old phone for my $200 gift card they said I did not qualify because I did not pre-order in the store. Even after explaining what happened the Manager would not let me make it !

david seems like a new fellow there. had the baldest head, but that did not deny him from giving me stupendous service. this young man had the potential to make me go into there window shopping, and then walking out with an xbox one. do i need an xbox one? nooooo. but the thing is that this mans superior customer service skills had me walk out $300 broke, a useless paperweight, and the satisfaction of getting the greatest service i ever had. if i could give this man a raise, i would. but i cannot, so all i can do is write this review. here me out best buy, a raise can simply be enough for this man to actually have hair.

I was greeted by the guy at the door. I walked through the whole store and not one time was i asked if i needed help finding something until i was walking out of the door, and when i told the guy exactly what i was looking for the guy tried to sell me on something that wasnt even remotely close to what i was looking for. After telling him 4 times that was not what i was looking for i left the store because he continued to try and sell me on something i didnt want or need.... will not recommend this location nor will i be returning.

By far the greatest shopping experience Ive ever had in every respect. The management handled everything beautifully, Travis is a legend among men. The camera and photography section was very well stocked and looked amazing, as was the rest of the store. The associates were extremely knowledgeable, namely Keaton from Cameras, James from Home Automation, Jordan and David from PC and many others. I can go on and on about it, but suffice to say that never before have I had a better shopping experience.

Went to the Humble Tx store. Had shopped online for a specific Asus laptop and that was the store that had the one I wanted in stock. Had to drive 18 miles to go get it but experience at store was great. Was waited on immediately. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. Thanks to the people at Best Buy. By the way, Best Buy is one of my all time favorite stores to shop at. Im in my sixties and have shopped at Best Buys all around Houston for years.

Go to the Atascosita store - the staff there are helpful. If you want to purchase at the Humble store then order on line and collect it from the collection counter. The Humble store staff that I have asked anything of have been less than helpful. I had the same experience as someone else here. The staff told me they did not sell an item. I then went to my car and ordered it on-line for pick up. I then had lunch and picked it up one hour later.

Horrible customer service in the computer section. One person on the floor. I asked him a question and he got aggravated. Not to mention I had to hunt him down. No greet or anything. I was going to use my Best Buy card for the purchase but I guess not. I guess Ill buy my computer else where like Frys electronics. Bad management to let sales people treat customers like that. Wast of a Sunday to drive there.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced with just doing a simple exchange, managers are idiots and so are untrained customer service reps on the sales floor. Dont ever shop here, go to the one in Spring, TX or do your shopping elsewhere at Target, Amazon or Wal-Mart. This place needs to be closed down like all the other poor customer service stores!!! What a dump!

Horrible employees. More focused on their opinion than my question. Slackers. They're just hanging out and it seems like nobody was able to help: "yes sir, someone will be right with you" even though there's only 10 cars in the parking lot and that employee was seemingly doing nothing. Since when does the customer come last? I didn't get the memo.
