Employee denied my screen repair because he claimed phone was not charging. I went to car and it was charging. I waited 30 minutes there to charge few percents. Then, I went back in only to find out they would not repair it for my schedule appointment even though their worker denied my repair for the reason which did not hold true. They told me to wait 3 hours as an unscheduled appointment customer or set up a new appointment for future date. Besides this, when I said I had an appointment and do not want to wait, she comes up with another excuse about my battery being 7%, and they need 50% at least to re-calibrate the device after repair. She thought I set up my appointment online and missed the reading about battery charge. Guess what, I set it up in the same store the other day because I did not want to wait, and the employee told me nothing like that. Lets move on, I asked one of their employees for the employee name who denied my repair because they do not carry name tags or greet you with their name. They like to be anonymous. He said he did not know who it was., so I told him it was an African American employee as he was the only African American coming out from the back to their repair desk. This employee gets offended because he is also an African American. Is this a baby-sitting place where kids cry and go back to their room and call their parents (managers in this case)? I was just clarifying who it was because I did not know the repair employees name. Well, managers come to me and tells me that I used derogatory statement with their employee, so they cannot help me. They listened to his side of story and did not listen mine. First, managers did not want to help me, but then they find a reason to get rid of me from their store. Bunch of unknowledgeable employees and ignorant managers!

BE AWARE! RIP-OFF — If your phone is defective even from the start, they will only replace it for one made with RECYCLED PARTS, and they won’t disclose that. Just because I decided to give it a chance after past 30 days; they did not honor their policy, although I called for support only 2 weeks later. I found out from a source online about the used parts, and when I demanded a new unopened phone, they did not want to do it, with the excuse that the internal parts are recycled but still good. So, you pay for a new device, and they will rip you off with one that has used parts, but they still insist the phone is new because it is their Green Program. Customers believe we are given a new device. To top it off, they try to convince you that is OK as long as the phone works. 3 trips and 5 -hour wait for this. Imagine buying a fine car, you complained about the issue just 2 weeks later, but decided to give it a chance a little longer. Then when you demand a different car, they GIVE YOU ONE WITH RECYCLED (USED) PARTS, but for the price of a new one. This should be absolutely illegal. Willobrook Mall — Jake and Tia were the clerks.

Horrible experience. I took my iPhone 6 Plus for "Touch Disease" problem that people are suing Apple for defective hardware. Apple Genius Amanda (not a genius) took my iPhone to the back for further checks. She came back out saying that the connectors are exposed because the phone missing parts inside so it need to be replaced for $150. She was very rude by calling me "Babe" because I am older than her by at least 5 years. I agreed and she again took it to the back. About 15 minutes, she came out and talked the person who checked me in for my appointment. That genius (again, not a genius) said the phone need to be sent in for further diagnostic due to possible modification of hardware and cannot be replaced now. At the end, I saw the bill for sending it in was $329 and I said no to being sent it because it will come back with more LIES. I dont know what they did to the phone in the back but they are doing everything possible to blame customers for a known defect to avoid fixing it. Without Steve Jobs, this company is no longer innovative and only focus on profit for their own enjoyment.

I received an email for a job interview to work at this apple store. I went online and tried to RSVP for the day of the interview, but all the time slots for the interview were full and there were no other options for a different day. I then tried calling the store over a two day span and this is the result. My call was dropped 3-4 times after being on the line for 7-10 minutes. Three times I managed to get through to an employee named Ashley who hung up on me instead of transferring me to a manager twice. The one attempt that I wasnt hung up on she took down my number and said the manager would give me a call later that day (which they did not do). My last attempt I talked to Cameron who only asked for my number and sounded annoyed when I told him the issues I had when I called before. He wouldnt give me an email or a different number to try so that I could attempt to get in contact with a manager to sort out my issue. Overall I found it ridiculous the way I was being treated when I was a prospective employee.

All in all, this store has helpful people but Im dismayed at the level of service I had today - showed up at 10AM, which is opening time, am in line for the same issue Ive had for 3 consecutive days and was told I have an hour and 15 minute wait. How is it one gets there at open and they need to wait an hour and 15 min? The girl tells me to come back in 45 min to check on time and I do but shes curt in response "I already checked you in. I told you it would be an hour and 15 minutes so you still have some time to wait." I looked at the tech repair area and there were multiple customers up there who werent there when I got there. If this had been my first day with this issue, fine, but Ive had to come back 3 days in a row. These are expensive phones, persistent issues and multiple trips to the store for hour long wait times (previous trips yielded longer waits - 3 plus hours) just shouldnt be part of the deal. This is my first Apple phone and Im done with them - cmon Apple I had such high hopes for you.

My phone was not charging. I had previously taken it in and they cleaned it out no problem. He even brought me the dirt in a piece of tape to show me the problem. This time, my expierence was less than outstanding. They told me it would be 2 hours and it was 3.5 hour wait. Thats fine, what ever. I had no appointment. After they cleaned my phone they tried telling me i needed a completely new phone. I felt very bullied and taken advantage of. because in the process of changing my Apple ID (so I could get the new phone) my phone died. Out of habit the guy reaches over and plugs it in and it starts charging perfectly. After i said I was going to wait a day to see if its fixed they guy walks away so rude. Oh and someone stole my phone case while I was there. I do not trust enough to go back into this store. They were pressuring me to buy the newest phone. Im happy with my 6s. I literally just finished paying for it. When its time for a new iPhone, I will not go to this location.
