All I have to say is that I wish I would have read the reviews before shipping my limited edition item to this store. As they mentioned, they claimed that they never received my item stating that there were 7 on order and only 2 arrived. They first told me they would cut $50 off my price and I could have it shipped to my home by the 24th ( 2 days later) or have it at the store by March 1 ( a week later). So when I confronted them, stating that this item was sold out everywhere in Houston and I just couldnt see how they would have my item on time. They said you are right we wont be able to ship it but you will have it by Thursday or Friday, the latest. At this time, my frustration was bigger.... I went online, saw that there was inventory in Victoria,TX and asked them to have it shipped to that store. I am not sure what they ended up doing... I am "supposedly" going to get my item today or tomorrow.... But something tells me that may not be the case. I really hope they do because this is a gift that I was planning on taking with me on my vacation. I never thought to look at the reviews of a reputable branded store... I learned the hard way.... So as an update just to be fair, Spencer did his part in getting my item it from another store. And Sheila also helped in keeping me informed. I just got my item, although it was a stressful, bumpy ride, I am just happy to have my item in hand. They had offered a $50 credit for the inconvenience. .. I didnt get it but again Im just happy I got my item.

If you want good customer service, this is not the place. The employees were more than willing to help us, but their manager could use a little more training on how to treat customers more politely. We had an online order that was supposed to be on its way, but it was taking more time to be shipped than expected. We wanted to pick the order in-store, just pick it up and cancel the mail order since we had a flight the next day. However, the manager refused to accomodate our needs because it would be too expensive for his store to do that. He said that it wasnt his fault the delivery was taking so long and that if we had a flight, we shouldve planned better our order. Then he saw we had a discount on the product and told us he couldnt honor the discount either. Other employees tried to reason with him, but he sternly assumed a no-can-do attitude. We thanked him for his help and received a very annoyed and angry goodbye from his part as well. We are regular customers at our nearest Best Buy. We visit every week, sometimes twice a week. We know this is not how Best Buy usually treats customers. Otherwise, theyd be out of business. There are two other Best Buys close buy. I recommend the extra half hour drive.

20 minutes to get someone to answer me questions on a gps. And the managers and other salesmen were joking and talking. I came there to get something and get out. I spent 30 minutes when I wanted to be out in 5! I bought a new washer and dryer. My washer was installed incorrectly. They NEVER came out to fix it. Could not return the items. Eventually I FIXED IT MYSELF. Pacific worst company behind Magnolia. Bought some speakers at Magnolia. Came to survey my house. Installers came out TWICE. They said they could not do it.Stared at my wall and went outside to talk to the manager. He comes back with the idea of book shelf speakers. I told him, I own a house not an apartment and I bought in walls for that reason. Eventually, I told them, if you cant install it, you guys are useless. I told them to return my speakers. The idiot said he couldnt put it back on his truck. Can you believe it? So I ordered him out of my property and take the speakers back with you. Then I spent, an hour and a half in line to get my money back. I can never imagine if I would have returned the items by myself. I eventually went with Modia for my hassle free installation.

Seriously look at all the reviews. Customer service is non-existent at this location and nobody cares. Employees do not try to assist you and when you ask for help, they claim they are in the middle of something or they will find someone else to help you. Also, do not order any in demand or exclusive items to be picked up at this location. The employees will take it for themselves and claim they never got the item. This has happened twice to me. The first time they gave a $20 GC for the inconvenience, but I could not locate the item anywhere else since it was sold out. The second time they told me to call the 800 number. When the phone rep tried to verify that the store never got the my package for in store pickup, they put him on hold and then hung up a minute later. I cannot make this stuff up. Wish there was another Best Buy around or that they completely restaff that location. Luckily, Im an Elite member so I get free shipping and I ship everything I can now. Will not make that mistake again. Even when its not available for shipping, I select a different Best Buy to pick up from. You have been warned.

My experiences at this Best Buy have made me hate Best Buy. First time: went to buy two IPADS, they told me I could only buy 1 so I offered to use two different cards, they said okay, the rep went to confirm with the manager that that was okay and 45 minutes later , I left and bought them at the apple store because they just seemed to ignore me after that. Today I go in there with the intentions of buying three radios. Their scanner wouldnt read my company check so they wouldnt take it. I offered to pay with the company credit card by giving them the number, they refused. I asked if I could use my credit card number to buy the items online and then take them and they said it was okay. I looked up the items on my phone and the website wouldnt let me order them online so I left. They have missed out on thousands of dollars of business because they will not budge from their ways to help someone buy something. I hate Best Buy, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

This location has better selection than some of the Best Buys in the past. However, the staff here does not know technical questions or anything about their own products. I went here hoping to buy a NAS for our home. Online it said that they had it in stock. I arrive there and no one knew what I was talking about. I ended up asking if they had any network storage. Still dumbfounded, I asked them if they had anything you can plug storage into your network. After three failed attempts at locating the product, I separated from the staff that was helping me and found their selection. Unfortunately, their website was not correct. When asked, when I found the area, they still could not locate any in stock. Best Buy staff - if you are reading this, please note that this is why your store if failing. You do not keep your inventory levels correct. Nor keep anything an IT professional needs in your store. This is the reason I end up buying online elsewhere.
