I bought a bunk bed that had to be pieced together from several different ones. (I put together my self) They didnt have all the screws so I had to go buy some from Lowes. The bottom mattress had holes in it with the springs popping out. Mind you they did give me a 200 dollar discount and they SAID they would order a new mattress for the bottom bunk. At this same time I bought a HE washer and dryer from Aarons. So I was able to compare the two service wise. Rent-a-Center are glorified collection agents. If you are late they hound you until you make the payment. If they do not hear from you they show up to your house. When you are on the phone with them explaining the situation they ask you what happened in your life that you cant make the payment. They have no leniency for people who work full time out of their hours. Now Aarons they call you if you are late and find out when you can come in. After a certain amount of days they charge you a late fee. Thats it. End of it. No attitude no rude sales people no interrogation an no one showing up at your home while you are in the middle of dinner. I will NEVER EVER EVER shop or use rent a center again. EVER. Oh and I still have not got the mattress they told me they would order.

Our family decided to get couches,a big screen,PS3,and a fire place from these people.They did a great job at selling there product,but once they got our money we could never get the rest of what we paid for.We received a 50inch tv without a remote,we received a non working ps3.We got the ps3 for our son for his birthday.Well his birthday was over 2 weeks ago and he still has not received it.2 weeks into this we where supposed to get the remote and a "loner ps3" by delivery last night and we had a no show.I called and asked a man named Cris if they where still coming by.He said he would call them and than call us right back.Rent a center never called back leaving us the costumer with a real bad feeling about this place.We will this morning close all our accounts with them...

They hound you like crazy. The prices are outrageous. The guys are very immature and unprofessional always carrying on like a bunch of teenage kids. I will never recommend them to anyone I know. Not getting anything else from them again.
