Just took my mother there today. Weve gone to this particular Walmart many times as well. Unfortunately the last two times Ive taken her its been difficult to deal with the "greeter" at the door. My mom has to use a walker temporarily due to a recent fall. I go in today to get her scooter and your greeter Kathy was very rude. This was my second encounter with her less than enthused attitude, let alone mean smirk on her face upon my entrance. Im not that familiar with the scooters, and there are at least 2 different kinds. I hadnt realized the first one I grabbed was plugged in, so I simply asked for her assistance. She treated me like I was an idiot and a inconvenience. She clearly didnt want to be bothered. I then realized the battery was still low and chose the other one next to it. Keep in mind, it was a different scooter operation than the previous. For some reason that one wouldnt move at all. She got very pissy and said "Im not sure what youre doing wrong. I stated to her, " you dont have to be so rude". She said nothing and just sighed. Once I got my mom all setup outside another worker actually tried to help me out there. He was very sweet and stopped what he was doing with the carts and backed it in for me. My mom thanked him. I asked him what the deal was with the greeter. He didnt know who I meant. Then my mom said her name, as shes gone there way more often than I, and could see through the entrance who it was. He was very funny with his response and stated, " I try to stay away from her"! Good golly, he made our day with is raw truth! We proceeded to enter the store and Miss. Kathy purposely looked the other way and had a look of disgust on her face. Its very sad to see someone so unhappy with their job. Its very evident. Her job after all is a "greeter". She could at least get that part down. Not a warm welcome at all. Ive only seen her twice, and both times shes cold, angry faced and simply not a good fit to be up front. ~D

To tell the truth, we both had to go to the bathroom but as usual, we filled our cart. My husband boughtva hard back book and I bought new fresh dog beds and Adams flee shampoo, blueberries, bell peppers, Heart Healthy bread, yogart, peanut butter and Bandaids I never give them 5 stars because, I have always wished that they would add one more section to Walmart. A section that has some higher end everything! Like maybe purses, fine jewelry, cloths, shoes, SOCKS, DRESSES, leather coats, better brands of night gowns, better wallets, glasses chains that do not slip and stay in place on my glasses etc. ( Even Sams does this at Christmas.) But, we do go to Walmart several times a week. My husband says we own everything at Walmart except the Walmart sign on the front of the store.

They had what I was looking for, which is great, the bad thing is I was there to pick up an order o had made online. First- there was no directions in the store on where to pick up the item Second- you have to wait for someone to come after pushing a help button. Took almost 5 mins, with 8 associates walking past me Third- when an associate showed up, he didnt know how to use the system and according to his name tag he was an assistant manager. He called 2 more people and I finally got my one item. In total took about 15mins to get my item. While I got everything I needed at a good price, the experience of picking up an online order definitely leaves something to be desired.

They really need to clean the shelves in some areas, very dusty and it really doesnt take that much longer to wipe them down before restocking merchandise. Itd be nice too of there were more English-speaking employees that actually understand when you are for assistance in finding a specific item... I asked 3 different blue apron wearing folks and none of them had a clue what I was asking or how to answer, but at least I understood no hable englis as they just walked away... youd think they would have tried to find an English speaking employee to help, but none did - maybe they knew that was non-existent or perhaps they didnt care.... its still better than Target

The other day I was purchasing glasses from the vision center inside the Tomball Walmart. The Vision Center Manager, Candice, was having a loud conversation with another employee in the middle of the vision center. The manager was publicly ridiculing the employee and disussing employee performance and other inappropriate topics in front of paying customers.This went on for the entire time I was in the Vision Center (30-40 mins). I felt very uncomfortable and felt like this was a violation of the employees privacy. I noticed that there was a break room off to the side which would have been a better place for a manager to talk to their employees.

Took my F150 in yesterday to have the oil changed didnt have a service engine light on go to start my truck and it stalls out I had to have my truck towed I wouldnt recommend them beaulife m************ that anybody they pulled my truck out of the Bay and didnt tell me anything I went to ask him why my truck is doing what its doing they said it was doing fine when they pulled it out took him two and a half hours to do my oil therefore I know they did something wrong and was trying to fix it I will be filing a lawsuit it went straight from Walmart will Center to a mechanic shop Tomball Ford has my truck and you will be hearing from my attorney

This Walmart is very convenient right off of business 249. Its a very old location thats been remodeled and updated several times but just has a dirty old feel to it. Normally the prices here are cheaper than any of the other Walmart s.Good luck with who you get to greet you or check you out because theres a few elderly people that will rip you apart with their looks and snotty attitudes! You can park and be in the best of moods but if you have to deal with one of these people it will absolutely destroy your day because they are that bad and difficult to deal with! Good luck shopping here!!!

This Wal-Mart is the most sorry Wal-Mart early in the morning i stop by there cause its on my way to work, employees outside smoking cigarettes about 8 or 9 at a time, in side the store employees standing around playing talking loud, playing on their cell phones, no one available to help costumers cause they to busy playing around, the manager sucks they dont know nothing at all and this is at 5:30 am in the morning, my advice dont stop at this Wal-Mart early in the morning cause you will be sorry.......drive to another......

I use three calculators to add each and every item that I place in my cart, one for grocery, another for taxable goods and the third to add both in order to get the total cost prior to approaching the cashier, yet each and every time I check out, I am $20-50 off. Why is that? I do the same at Kroger and HEB and am never off even a penny. Something is afoot! If only HEB had everything that I need, I would never set foot in Walmart.
