This place is shady!! I went in for a replacement glass section and was sold the wrong size. That was cool I understand stuff happens sometimes. So I drive back and was told that they didnt have the right glass size and was offered a refund just for the glass, I was told that I couldnt return the coil I bought cause nothing wrong with it. Why do I need the coil if I cant use the tank? So I asked for store credit towards a new tank which they accepted. I was told the price was $30 for the tank and was given a $15 store credit, but when I checked my reciept I was charged $40 + tax for the new tank. When I said hey you told me $30 and charged me $40, thier response was sorry, our bad we verbally gave you the wrong price. Didnt think to say hey its actually $40 instead of $30 before charging my card while I was setting up my new cubis. Yes $40 for a cubis tank. Didnt offer to fix it or refund my money or even give store credit. I know its only a $10 dispute but its the principle. I would strongly recommend to everyone not to go here. I have been vaping for 4+ years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Hope to save someone a bad experience

First of all, Im not a guy that spends my time hanging out in vape shops and talking Mods. Im an ex smoker that doesnt want to vape for a hobby, I just dont want to smoke cigs any more. Everyone I have dealt with at Vapor Trend has been informative, respectful, and professional. I see an earlier comment (by Ginger B) about a bad customer service experience and find myself doubting that was true, or the whole story at least. This would be a huge exception in my experience. Good customer service, good prices and a good selection. I only went down one star because there are other shops with just as good service, but bigger selections in hardware and juice. I have started making more trips to Vapor Trend though because its a convenient location for me and the service has been great thus far.

Just left there... may want to change your bank account info. Your employee was on he phone with Wells Fargo changing something on your account, on speaker phone, while being the only one in th shop. Proceeded to give the person on the phone the routing and account number out loud while I was standing at the counter... oh, and when he was finally finished, asked me"what do you want?"... haha I couldnt t believe it. Also, I told him I was new to this whole thing and was the most unhelpful person Ive ran into.... Im sure he was the manager or something, since he announced his businesss bank account info.... sorry if you were having a bad day! But, customer service does really matter ... and the security of your stores banking info should be more import :)

2 srars due to great juice selection. Low stars due to me buying a new limitless mod that crapped out on me in under 30 days and they will not exchange even with a reciept. Bad buisness model and the staff are not educated on their products from a technical standpoint. Also their prices are inflated as the same mod anywhere on the net was 30$ less if not more. Id go internet unless you need quick ejuice late at night. Also one of the guys that works there is always playing video games doing jack while the other guys do all the work. Go elsewhere overall as Houston has hundreds of options. It would have been nice to have a killer shop in our neighborhood.

Went in the other day and was told that they didnt have my coil for my pen. The person that was there was extremely rude to me and didnt even look at what coil I needed (I didnt know what kind it was, this is my first one I use for cbd for my seizures) then told me he didnt have the coil I needed (didnt look at my pen so how would he know?) then told me he never seen the type of coil I had in my pen. Then tried to refer me to another shop. Dont worry Ill spend my money else where for a company more willing to help out a customer. If I could rate zero stars I would. I will never come back!

Honest review of my one experience here: Went once and wont go back. Prices are WAY too high for mediocre liquid. Prefer to go to a place that makes it on-site for cheaper, honestly. Also the customer service does leave a little to be desired. I wanted suggestions based on his knowledge and I felt like the person helping was a little condescending. Rather than taking the time to find out what I preferred, as a customer, I felt I was expected to get in and get out quickly. So I do feel like I didnt get a good value for the price I paid, both product and service wise.

Nice place one of the largest selection of juices Ive come across BUT HOWEVER THE HEAVY SET EMPLOYEE IS JUST RUDE VERY HORRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU NEED NEW STAFF I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY HERE NOT NO MORE LOST MY BUSINESS AND MY WIFES AS WELL. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP. Bought a flavor and it turned out to taste like hand soap and staff did nothing but tell me to deal with it nothing he could do horrible customer service

Didnt have my flavor so was recommended a flavor that really taste bad. Paid $45 bucks for a recommended nautilus tank that was non compare to the one I already have and found out later it was half the price online. I pass by this place daily I really wanted this place to work for me because I live near there but my first experience wasnt so satisfying. At least them dudes there are nice people so I gave them 2 stars.

Poor customer service. Young, cocky guy told me to "take it back to the place where I bought if from and tell them I dont know what Im doing." He promptly returned to his friends at the end of the bar and started laughing. Ha! Clever fellow. Had he not been so stoned, he may have figured out a thing or two. Probably not, though.

Zach and Blake are both very knowledgeable in the business and will work with you if you tell them how much you are working with off the bat and this shop also has one of the best juice selections in the area for competitive prices. This place is dope definitely a good go to shop for anything vape related.
