Be sure it all works before you leave!!!! Worse than a pawn shop as you buy it YOU OWN IT!!! Bought a monitor from them. Female clerk said if it did not work, just bring it back for exchange. Ok, sounds good. Well, got home, plugged in and a wonderful BLACK screen and in this case, black is not beautiful at all. Called the store and the same clerk said come on back. AND of course when I got there, she was out to lunch. So convenient. Keep in mind, MY receipt that I kept and not bad for a guy to remember keeping a receipt, said all refunds done within 7 days with receipt and it had the current date and only 90 minutes old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Told the different guy my situation and picked up a different monitor of the same price. He said that will be so and so dollars???????? huh??????? my receipt says exchange????????????? he points to a small sign behind something that says all sales final????????? Not in my book as my CURRENT AND UP TO DATE LAST MINUTE receipt says exchange. I was getting scammed and conned at the same time. Now if the monitor was a $2, ok, take my chance, but it was not and much higher. We went round and round and round. Finally the guy that runs that store comes back and no problem with exchange and they would change policy. Told him to reduce prices if the store was going to continue to sell for more that a few bucks as the stuff was now AS IS AND THE 50/50 WARRANTY................ IF IT BREAKS, I GET BOTH HAVES..... worse than the pawn shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This time I made sure the monitor worked before I left. I was not trying to cheat anyone and if the monitor failed after a month, ok, my error, but to have it not work at all and be told no exchange when the receipt in my hand said exchange in 7 days?????????????? Not right and just bad. This was my horrible experience with these guys. Current monitor works fine and have gone back to purchase other items. I asked the store manager why receipt said one thing and a small hidden sign said something else????? At least he did not try to flimflam me, and said he did not know but would be changed very soon. Failed to look at my receipts as of late since my purchases were not significant enough to worry about them failing.

The Thing

Terrible store everything is way overpriced they say their computers are refurbished. If thats the case than Im the queen of England. $150 for a 10 year old computer that has Windows XP still and labeled as referbished is unexceptible. And they already get it for free. The manager says he has a degree in "computers" which is another lie he knows nothing about computers. In fact he uses terms that make him look smart around customers but he really is dumb. If he really had a degree in computers why doesnt he work for Google or Microsoft? In conclusion Goodwill should never be in business they have questionable business goals. And they shouldnt be called a non profit organization.

Went in there to check it out. There were some decent games that had been ready to go out on the floor. When I asked if they were for sale the gentleman working the counter said in about 30 minutes. So I left came back and the same guy said oh I cant find those games now they are gone. They pulled a nice switch a roo and either kept them for themselves or sold to a buddy while I was gone during the "30 minute stocking period". Very shady and not a professional way to do business. Watch out for this place if you see something you better wait the 30 minute period to buy it.

The clerk made the visit. He greeted me at the door,, He left eg Hat he was doing it go answer my questions quickly efficiently AMD left after asking if I needed anything else.. I did find what I was looking for a used laptop in my price range. Note go staff the prices you listed for computers was. Beyond marketplace imho and by a significant amount. My kudos to the clerk plus take a second look at pricing

This place has just about every kind of used electronic device you can think of. There were many refurbished desktops and monitors available as well as parts. Lots of laptops for parts, keyboards, dvds, vhss, VCRs,camera bags. No gaming systems but lots of gaming accessories and games. If you know your way and computer hardware this is a stop for you.

If you havent been here in a few years you should go back! This store has come a long way since opening. It is very well organized now and carrying a whole lot more high quality stuff. If you have old tech and need an obscure part or just a cord. Try here first you just might find what you need.

This store has a great selection, because their prices are so high; they dont sell much. About 75% more than they should be, and you dont even get a monitor or keyboard, mouse. They take a free computer and charge you 179.00 + plus +. Dont waste your time going there.

Cheap refurbished computers. Very hit or miss, prices are generally very low, but an exceptional deal is hard to come by. Looking for obscure gear is nearly pointless, but good for a starter computer if you dont want to break the bank.

It is well organized but never seems to have anything that excites me as a must-buy purchase when I visit. It could be great if you are looking for a very specific used cable, accessory, or computer part.

The computers were on the expensive side and they were filled with college laptops that had no operating systems and were stripped of memory, drives and batteries. Disappointing time to go there. :(

I think their scale was off because the items we bought could not have been 4.5 pounds. Thats why i have 4 stars. They control the people that can get a little crazy which was nice.

They had decent bare bone setups $300 and under; most have DDR3 RAM. They have DDR2 for a dollar a stick laptop or desktop. They also had a knowledgeable staff member!

You have better odds finding electronics next door at the wearhouse... But great for computer monitors, PC adapters, misc PC equipment and cords.
