Honestly, I was pretty upset when I had arrived about my laptops sound not working. I had it in my mind that I was going to have to replace the speakers on my laptop and or buy an new computer. But Quickly, he knew exactly what was wrong with my computer unfortunately the driver for my sound had been removed during an update.( something that is common among my type of computer) he also added a Paid Anti-virus ( for free for me) for a year definitely and unexpected but greatly appreciated surprise. I was also pretty surprised how fast he got it taken care of for me I dropped it off on a Thursday evening and he had it ready for me the next day around noon just in time for me to have my laptop for work. It was nice not to have to go without it. The owner was also so personable and really helpful. In the future i will definitely be going back its nice to have a trust worthy shop and the price was great too.

Stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes while whoever was in the back sat at the computer and never came up to greet me or as me anything. Shouted hello twice to the person I could obviously see sitting in back. Never said a word to me. So after not getting service and not being able to stand the smell of cigarettes any longer, I left. 10 minutes is all I needed to see how they do business. Do not recommend.

I came in bummed at the thought that I had to perhaps get a new hard drive for my computer. The man knew exactly what was wrong and it was just the operating system on my hard drive. Besides being very knowledgeable the man is professional and REASONABLE. This is an excellent service for anyone who is a college student or freshly graduated and funds are tight.

What a sham of a business model when he wouldnt even touch my phone when I asked if he could replace my phones screen after I dropped it in water. My phone was turning on, getting notifications, connecting to wifi, the guy working just said the mother board is fried" I got the screen working fine after I let dry out some more.
