Great customer service, all the employees seemed happy to help. I purchased some skullcandy headphones from this store about six months ago, and one ear bud went out a few weeks ago. I had also purchased the warranty there on them for like 6 dollars on the $50 earbuds. I ended up getting an electronic gift card emailed to me for the purchase price of the item, and when I went back in the next day to get new headphones the employee there recommended a different brand that was for about the same price. I am completely satisfied and very happy that the new headphones (vmoda is the brand) work so well, and that I didnt have to get stuck with the skull candys all over again that may break in another 6 months. I did get the warranty again on them just in case. Overall, a hassle free place to shop with knowledgeable staff.

The employees were great at handling problem Customers I only lostt it the 7th time I went in for issues with the same item.. so do not waste your time and money on a $99 wireless headset for xbox there. The process of getting your money back it ridiculous ...
