Shopping itself was easy. Great isles and well organized. Worst part of shopping experience was the checkout. Not a long wait but as soon as I got to the cashier it was very distasteful. Her name was Amada, she seemed uninterested and very bored with being at work and helping customers. Once I brought our my price match list (which Walmart openly advertises) she gave me an awful stare. Went to hell from there. Did not believe any of my items were at a better price elsewhere. Refused to honor a few things because they simply did not accept price match from particular stores. Would not call a manager to the register for me. Left very disappointed and will not be shopping there. Other Walmart associates had happily accepted my price matches in the past but this lady seemed bitter and as if she owned the store.

It was quiet n cashier was friendly but I didnt receive one of my bags and I stopped there on my way home from somewhere else. I was double charged an item n not given two items. I called back to let manager of front end know n she said I could come back n get items as they are at customer service. That store is no where near my house n it would be more money to go back in gas then the three dollars they screwed me over. Make sure you check your bags because they dont care if you get your stuff and lose your hard earned money because of them or not. There were also only two cashiers. Horrible.

I think this is one of the better Walmarts in the area. The staff is nice, and they dont act like youre inconveniencing them if you ask a question. I can usually find what I need at a decent price. Its clean enough. The automotive staff is very accommodating. The bakery and deli staff are helpful, as well. Theyll do a little extra if youre friendly.

the night cashiers are rude and dont pay attention to you. would rather talk with other employees. only 1 register open after 11 pm and the self checkouts are closed. i absolutely hate going here after i get off work. Oh and their selection is slowly dwindling. Ill just go to the one in Murphy or heck even some other store.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at midnight on 11-11-11 at the midnight release of the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, when the Wal-Mart employees PROMPTLY lost the box containing the game. A huge disappoint for me, my friends, and most importantly, my family.

This particular wal mart makes me sick the managers dont do anything when there is a problem, except walk around with their stupid little "VIP" ear pieces that probably dont even work anyway. Ol Sam Walton would be ashamed if you ask me.

Has been open since 2004 at least. Has great gas prices, usually the best in the DFW area. Has a built in Wayback Burgers with pretty good food. Has vision center, Oil and Tire change center, but no Rx drive through.

Dont by frozen goods at this location. They will be expired by the time you get through the line. Really like 20 people deep. Weird thing is they had 2 checkers and 4 people sweeping the floor.

This was our first time using the grocery pickup service. It was quick and easy. Had a few items that were slightly off (non-diet instead of diet), but over all quite a time savings.

Never packed. For some reason, this location is usually either empty, or just enough guests to make it busy, but not JAM- PACKED full of people. Always clean, and the layout is simple.

Stocked extremely well almost always. Usually very clean. Only downside is staff almost never smiles or asks if any help is needed other than the singular greeter at the entrance.
