they dont have fixed pricing for the same items,before i come i called in for Craig list add and got a price for $84 when i am in it was $120 as they have diff prices for same items on diff adds on Craig list, and alpha(the rep i spoke with) He said we can diagnose your PC for FREE to see what is going on and i said yes, once i came back he said it will cost $150 for fixing it and i said no thank you and he said its $25 for the diagnose, i said the other guy alpha said its free diagnose, he said yes if you fix it but not if you dont, he never told me that upfront and if this was the case i wouldnt do it in the first place,so be careful they are not straight forward with their pricing or with what they say.

I have been using Computer Guys for my computer needs and repair for 6+ years. As a senior citizen they have always demonstrated and extended the extra effort and set clear expectations with compassion for my repair. I have found them to have a high degree of knowledge and expertise with each repair that I have presented to them. They have gone over and above to make me feel confident to resolve my questions and concerns. They have saved me tons of money during the years which has caused me to recommend others to them. I drive @ 40 miles to their shop knowing the quality of work that I will receive! Keep up the good work…

Just what I needed in the nic of time...I brought a computer in to be looked at and maybe add more RAM so that it moves for my work needs. I didnt get his name, but he was very knowledgeable and was upfront and honest with me (kind of know my way around a mother board) which I really liked. No BS or bloat. Had an alternate Dell replacement for me which I purchased instantly and was not disappointed... it was a refurbished computer which works well for my budget and came with a guarantee for my peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them for your computer needs.

Not happy. I took my computer there because of a lot of pop ups and it runs really slow. The guy decided that there was a sector problem (whatever that is). Fixed the so called "sector" problem (without asking first), charged me $40, and I left with the same problem. I feel like $40 went down the drain. He totally ignored the issue for which I brought my computer in. He had a very nonchalant attitude. I then asked him "what about the pop ups?" He said that will be another $40.

My co worker recommended you guys, my phone was no longer charging, after i dropped it , though the screen was cracked it still worked i was just worried about it not staying on after leaving it charged all night , they showed me where my jack was loose and dirty, they had it fixed and ready later that day and gave me a good deal when i was ready to replace my screen later, Cool attitude, and showed me how to avoid problems like that later

Had an issue with my computer not booting up and I just couldnt figure it out. I took it to these guys and they got it to boot up right then and there. Took 15 minutes. They then explained what they did to get it to reboot. Best of all they charged me nothing. Id have to say thats pretty awesome. These guys have me as a customer for life. It can be hard to find a honest trustworthy computer repair place but these guys are the real deal.

First-time customer. Had to replace a faulty power jack on my laptop. I called ahead of time to get a quote and make sure they had the part in stock, then brought the laptop to the shop the next day. I was warned it could take a few days to repair but was pleasantly surprised when the laptop was ready for pick-up the same day. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I called several places trying to get a estimate on a repair on my laptop that no longer powered on, I was met with rude techs who seemed to be bothered and angry with me calling and asking questions, Finally I called Computer Guys and Mario was very helpful and patient he offered me a free diagnostics if I brought it in, They were very honest, turned out all I needed was a Charger!!

These guys are terrible, crooked, rip offs, they pretended to fix an Iphone for my husband but burned the mother board on it instead but still charged over $200 for supposedly fixing it. Then you cant question them on it because they will team up against you. Three crooked siblings is what they are.

The best repair shop in town! Cipriano provided excellent customer service on the phone, providing concise explanations for any confusion I had along the process. It was very clear he was very knowledgeable and experienced. I will be recommending all my friends to the computer guys of mesquite.

Definitely recommend these guys! They got your back 100% if you need a phone, tablet or a game system repaired. First thing you get is a welcoming greeting when you enter their store and after they take care of buisness!
